Ignore the comments about cash only or 4% charge on credit card, things must have changed, you can pay by credit card for no additional fee (it against the law to pass charges on to the customer) but you get a 4% discount if you pay cash.. Fab site, very friendy owners, lovely pool, Washing machine €3 (but it’s not a commercial sizes one), little bar which will close early if nobody around. Only two showers which could be a problem if the site is full (it felt like we had it to ourselves though). Would definately return.View all reviews by lifeinourmotorhome
lovely informal, laid back site, beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, flat, level gravel pitches, with hedges separating them. Mostly British and German, long stayers, but all made us very welcome. some shaded pitches, toilet block limited to 2 showers and toilets, just arrive select a pitch of your choice and see the owner at 5.30pm. Beautiful village nearby and great walks around about, 3 kilometres to playa Mojacar, with shops supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars. would return.View all reviews by smarts
A nice small quaint site, some pitches are small. Showers etc ok. Small bar on site. Reception only open for a small time in the morning and after 5.30pm in the evening. Lady working there seemed a little short tempered/abrupt. Payment was cash only, for 2 nights with ehu on a small pitch cost €52.50. By far the most expensive site we have used. Nice steep walk up to Mojacar town which is worth the visit, few bars and shops were open. Also got the bus down to the seafront (€1.20) Little shopping area and some nice cafes etc. The wild camping spots look good around this area. In summary, nice site, nice views, pricey.View all reviews by LifewithaView
Lovely site, friendly staff well worth a stay. Would definatly come backView all reviews by vickyhutchinson
Generally a nice site even if the pitches are a little small.Rural location approximately a 10 minute drive (45 minute walk over a big hill) to the coastal region of Mojacar. Facilities are OK and owners friendly enough. Predominantly full timers so a little 'clicky' but that didn't bother us. I have placed a photo of the current tariff in the pictures as the [prices have gone up.View all reviews by crodham
Rustic site with gravel pitches. A quirky freindly vibe which we enjoyed.View all reviews by essexfun4two
Showers and ablution block could do with upgrading.
Great views and Mojacar Pueblo a worthwhile hike.
We booked in or 4 nights and stayed for 7 so that sums things up.
Small site in a pleasant rural location. Gravelled, small bar open two hours daily this time of year, nice small pool, various trees & shrubs throughout. Washer, no dryer. Nice place to sit out, next to Mojacar mountain. A bar 300m away but a slog to Mojacar pueblo. Pricey at nearly €24/night after VAT, but the fact is there are few places in this nice part of Spain. Nearly empty in June, closed July/August but busy in winter. Poor grey waste disposal point shared with black (you’ll need a pipe)View all reviews by calvino
Very pleasant small site, nice pitches and some shade. Well maintained. Small pool. Good showers but only 2 of each though never seemed a problem. Walk in to Mojacar Pueblo and even down to the beach but a climb back up. We cycled from here, loop around to Vera, Garucha and back. Stayed for 2 nights so a little expensive, cheaper if you stay longerView all reviews by muffaletta
Lovely site with some pitches that have great views of the mountains.View all reviews by hadders
Facilities are basic though well cared for. Washing machines and also a dog wash! Clean and tidy site well maintained.
Pitches have electric but water is at various places. Uphill walk into Mojacar town which is lovely with bars, restaurants and shops. 35min walk to the sea front again with plenty of shops and bars.
Overall I rate this site highly, seemed they never answer the phone so fingers crossed when we turned up!
I stayed with my 14yo son for Christmas and New Year. Lovely location with great views but, a little bit far to walk up the steep hill to the pueblo or down to the beach. However, there is a bus stop a short walk away with regular hours until mid afternoon when the timetable becomes a bit sketchy. Friendly German management. The time I stayed there was a 50/50 mix of Brits and Germans, most seemed to be longstay. I would stay again, however, my son would prefer to be nearer the beach and shops.View all reviews by chiefmonkey
