The site is very sheltered and has a number of various types of trees which give shade in the summer and sun in the winter. There is a good atmosphere on the site with tranquillity and rest for all. The owners live in the house on site. The site has been running since 1965 and is open all the year round

Spent a week here. Facilities functional if a little dated but cleaned regularly. Pitches are all surrounded by large trees so there isnt an opprtunity to find a sunny aspect. Good access to the coast 100 metres away with walks to Denia or park natural. Not really our cup of tea but Clara, the receptioinist, was extremely helpful. Good rate of €15 per night if staying over 4 days. Large units may struggle with access around the siteView all reviews by crodham

The highlight of our trip so far. Excellent facilities in beautiful surroundings. Lovely tree covered pitch, squeaky clean toilets/showers etc. A one minute walk down a private, palm lined path to get to the sea where plenty of restaurants await to the left and lovely nature walks to the right. We’ll be back.View all reviews by justusandthedog

Can not praise this site highly enough! What a find, great location, good pitches, really friendly staff, super clean, very covid concious , very much in the old school site, but nothing wrong with that! Good bike ride access to Denia which is fab, never been before, the coast line is excellent, so we originally booked for 2 nights, 2 weeks later still here, that should tell you everthing !

Stayed 8 nights here. Quiet, peaceful site with plenty of long termers. Good mix of nationalities. Very dog friendly. Staff accommodating and friendly; let us use their freezer when ours broke down! Short walk to seafront, which has a few restaurants nearby. Walk into Denia along seafront is flat, you can cycle the route as well. Takes 40 minutes to walk into Denia. Nothing much around the site, it's a residential area. As previously stated, the access road is tight, even in winter, with plenty of plants overhanging the road that could damage paintwork if not careful. WiFi gets flaky the further you are away from the centre of the site. Toilets/hot showers not bad, regularly cleaned.View all reviews by sheridantony

A fantastic quaint little site with a real Spanish feel. Access road is a little tight and pitches are various sizes with some low tress but we travelled with friends and both have vans over 8.5 metres and we managed fine. Great toilets/showers. Back entrance straight onto the sea. easy cycle into Denia along the coast. Washing machines and use of iron/ironing board. Little bar and small shop for very basic essentials (bread, milk etc)View all reviews by lifeinourmotorhome

Wooded site, varied size pitches, very busy esp long termers. Access to rocky beach and pathways. Bar run by rarely cheery Juan! Facilities all good but no drive over drain! Bus into town close by every hour. 1.50 euro. Smart town, expensive yachts and wide selection shops and restaurants. Worth visiting Xavia up and over the mountain. Great views, old town but sprawling development down to the beach.View all reviews by fairfordtrucker
19 euro per night for two night stay. Electric 4+ euro extra. Expensive. Not ACSI.

Loved this site. Some areas deep shade from old pine trees. Other areas gorgeous mixed planting of well established trees and shrubs. Pitches of varying sizes. Some quite large. Friendly staff except man at bar where you buy uour hread -he always seemed grumpy!Facilities old but adequate very powerful showers. Always hot water although site was only half full. Was told when busier hot water can run out. top loading washing machinesView all reviews by HectorandWally

Great site, very friendly amongst all nationalities. Lots of people tend to winter here through to March. As previously described really. My only criticism is the lack of visible sun. Lots of pine trees that limit the amount of sunbathing you can doView all reviews by mikekeighley

Stayed here in October, I agree with the previous reviews, they do need to cut some of the branches on theView all reviews by chrisglass50
Approach road. Very friendly family who run the site, very rustic , we were shown to several pitches and she left it for us to decide. Extremely hot showers. Short cycle into Denia. Very rocky and stony beach nearby but clear sea. Sandy beach in Denia .Bus stop at the top of the lane.

I confirm all said in previous reviews except that washing machine cost has now risen to €4.50. Booking essential during winter months when it is usually full of over wintering Brits.View all reviews by bankscelyn

Lovely place, right by the sea... Amazing rural setting but needs a little more work to make life easier... Many many trees making it difficult for large vans, we squeezed into our slot but it wasn't easy. As said the single track road down to site works but only if nothing is coming... Maybe no more than 8' wide in places reduced by overhanging bushes; not easy on the paintwork / Windows.View all reviews by aikidoamigo
Shame as with a little more rural maintenance could be the perfect spot.

On arrival, I was a bit disappointed as it was not what I had imagined. There is a single track road to navigate, which out of season is fine, although would be tricky even with the tiny passing places in high season. There is a mixture of pitch shapes and sizes, which can make it a bit tricky for larger vans - you have to be selective - as we found out to our cost. I would suggest parking up and taking a good walk around the site to find the easiest one to access. The owners live on site and between 1-5 everything here is dead, although in fairness, they do receive visitors during those times, although they will look very sleepy. Once you are settled in and take in your surroundings, your love affair will begin. It is an incredibly peaceful and rustic site, with cooing doves everywhere, pine trees, a little restaurant, fresh bread and all the other facilities you expect. Washing machines takes a token from Reception for €3.50. Shower rooms are large and good quality. You are a 30 secs to the beach and the promenade which you can cycle all the way into Denia - one mile away. It is a stunning coast line with magnificent sunrises. There is a sandy beach only about 1/2 mile cycle away with safe swimming by the looks of things. In January you will need to book. Highly recommend.View all reviews by themotoroamers
