A very mixed review. Always glad of somewhere open in winter, but full of empty vans. The booking process was good with helpful friendly owner, most obliging on arrival. However, (her mother?) was extremely brusque and unpleasant towards us,my daughter had to call breakdown and we never thought to ring the owners and tell them, sincere apolgies due and given. her rude attitude to my daughter and asking if we were playing loud music was well out of order. It was 8.30pm and they had sung Happy Birthday to me twice, it was my 73rd birthday,so not exactly a rave up.
The amenities on site were excellent, but not enough to entice me here again. Back to the Old Oaks and taxi into town for me

Very expensive and grounds maintenance poor. No wifi. Laundry uses old £1 coins, no signs so you have to work it out yourself. Location only good point to me as short walk into Glastonbury with its interesting ambience. £31 per night for motorhome, two adults and dog for “premier pitch”. Not given option to book standard pitch although many empty. Site mostly full of seasonal caravans in various states. Very poor, worst site in a 6 week tour round England.

Attractive, well maintained site approx 10 min walk from quirky Glastonbury Town centre. Shower/loo block recently refurbished and currently adhering to covid rules (max 6 users). The Tor is approx 40 min walk (shuttle bus suspended at time of visit) and then a climb up to St Michael's Tower - well worth it for the view. The downhill walk back to town takes you past the peaceful Chalice Wells Gardens, and finally the Abbey ruins to complete the experience.

Great site for motorhomes.
10 minute walk into town.
Plenty of walks, especially up to the TOR and white and red springs.
Brand new shower and toilet blocks.
very roomy and very clean too.
Friendly staff, open all year with hard standing and EHU.
We will definitely be back.
Very dog friendly too.

We stayed 1 night in January & paid £22, incl. EHU. The ladies shower block was being refurbished, so my wife had to use the disabled facilities. There was no heating in there or in the Gents and it was 3 degrees!
I accept that there was only 1 other motor home on site, but some of the static caravans were in use. I found it unacceptable to be charged £22 for unheated facilities in January. We left the following morning and to be let out of the site by the builders, as the office was unmanned.

Turned up around 6 pm on a friday night was welcome by the owner shown pitches and was advised if i was to go out with motorhome
a pass key was required. There was no need as Glastonbury was a 15 min walk and street outlet stores was 45 min walk.We had great day looking into the hippy come new age shops of Glastonbury very interesting place. lots of walks in the area only problem on our day was the poor weather wind and rain. Good facilities gents shower block was being Refurbish ladies showers block clean. If you are staying winter months they have 16amp hook ups most on the side by showers are 6amp. We will return great loction for getting out and about by foot.

Stayed one night whilst visiting RSPB sites in area. Nice site with friendly staff, hard standing pitches, great in wet February! Good places to walk dog, short walk to town. Facilities very clean albeit a bit dated. Would definitely go back.

Great site for Glastonbury easy walk into town (about 10 mins) and the facilities although a little dated, were spotless, very friendly welcome upon arrival also.

This commercial site is handy for the town. 10 to 15 minute walk gets you to Glastonbury High Street. The toilet block is clean and modern with excellent facilities. There is a small shop on site. The pitches are hard standing but very short and narrow. I have seen motorhomes on a hard standing that need towing off as the wheels were on mud. Parking needs to be very precise to avoid problems. Some pitches are under trees. A large overflow field is available but would not advise large motorhomes to use it in wet weather. The ground is very soft. The famous Glastonbury Carnival is in November and the site is just a 5 minute walk from the carnival route, but advance booking is a must, sometimes months in advance. Booking for the carnival weekend attracts premium pitch fees.
