Nice beach wild camp. used loads by the fishermen. Toilet block opened daily. If you go down the road look for the gravel cutting that allows you to back track onto the beach. This track is used for boat launching so you'll need to park on the side. Look at the tracks and it is obvious.

We made it down the narrow lane in our 7 metre motorhome, and woke up to a beautiful view across the bay.

Absolutely wonderful location, but the approach road is somewhat narrow. I wouldn't want to take anything larger than a campervan down there!
We parked on the track next to the sea, and there was only one other van there for the night, so very peaceful.
The cafe and toilets weren't open, and the water tap was dry. Somebody had done a poo behind the toilet block and left it there, which made us cross.
This is definitely a place for us to return to ????.

Came here end of July 2019 and again 7th Aug, would agree with the location being stunning, would like to question comment about water behind toilet block, we looked, no tap in sight; however, tap behind the cafe, but no water!!! BEWARE the DEVIL woman who runs the cafe; on our first visit I was chastised about our friend who had his dog running loose. Latest visit, was informed that I was a freeloader, should not be here, blah blah. Route out; sea to left, turn left at church, tight but 25%.

This site is amazing. Stunning beach side views. We stayed o. The side of the fisherman's track, right on the beach. The evening was stunning, with just the best sunset. You. Have to seek this place out and then just chill. Free.

Visited Llanddona a couple of times now and would go everytime we visit Anglesey. Very quite place with plenty of overnight parking spaces either on the sea front or in the car park next to the cafe and toilet block. The 2 roads going down to the beach are very steep with a gradient of 35% and are quite narrow and tight so I would recommend you stock up before going down so you don't have to keep going back up them. The views are nice and you can have a really good walk along the beach especially if you've got dogs. With me having 2 springers who are full of energy this place is perfect for them to run around and have a swim. There is a local pub at the top of the hill but a good walk up

This is a brilliant location right on the beach, quite tight getting down the steep bank in a lwb t5 but when we got down the bottom there were plenty of other bigger MH’s down there. No issues getting a spot over easter weekend although it was busy, probably at least another 20 vans down there, we parked up on the pebbles, there are toilets nearby but they are locked overnight and opened again next morning about 9am, no shops (so make sure you have your shopping before going down the hill, unlike us☹️) and the local cafe seemed a bit hit and miss. Overall though a brilliant free spot with stunning views.

Parking slightly on a slope, very quiet and remote. Sound of the sea in the morning :) Very steep road down to the beach. No facilities available ie toilets or water. Single female travel, felt very secure :)

We visited on Friday 12th Feb , we were approached by a local guy who was not in anyway aggressive but did ask that we not park on the beach area ,in front of a horse field, he did say however there were no issues with the car park being used . A few minutes later a lady came to feed her horses in the field and was not bothered where we parked ??? We left ,not because of the guy but the wind got up and it was a bit gusty on the front

Beautiful spot which we have stopped in a number of times, only suitable for very small vans ie Transporter/Transit due to single track narrow highsided lane with steep tight bends.
Please when stopping here please pick up your litter/dog poo and do not block the grass track down to the beach as this is used nightly for local fisherman and we dont want to upset them an lose this wonderful free spot

Really peaceful location.
Approached from the North East down Allt Bron-Philip without problems but in the morning left by continuing along the land and had traction problems at one point on the steep muddy lane. (VW T5).

Toilet block at car park all closed for winter.

A beautiful place to stay but pretty hairy getting up and down the very steep hills to this beach. We got down okay, though what we'd have done if we met an oncoming vehicle, I have no idea. A little bit of wheel spinning on the way out the nest morning, but we got out safe and sound and glad we visited the beach. Not sure if we'd try it again in our 6.1 metre Bessacarr E425. Having said that, we'd only had the 'van for about a month when we were here, maybe our opinion will change as we get used to driving it.

Didn't stay here but hoped to until I got stuck on the single track 35% hill on the final run to location. I decided that if it got narrower I'd not get out so turned in at a bend and driveway opening on Lon Goch Road and drove out. I could see the beach from where we turned around it looked great. My Motorhome is 7.1 mtr. Frankie A class.

Fantastic beach and nice walks Do NOT try taking anything over 6.5 down there as you will quite likely do some damage to it. Approach from the village ( Llanddona) and go straight down past the church, this way will bring the toilet facilities onto your left. Leave going the same way to avoid the very steep hill you came down, narrow but Ok with care.

Nice location with 2 stopping areas about 200yds apart. The car park has toilets and a cafe but these are closed out of season. Dogs are not allowed on the beach during the summer months. Excellent location for some beach casting with lots of various species of fish to be caught. Just a word of caution about getting to the site, the access roads are very narrow with a 35% (yes, that's 35% but then it is Wales) incline, worth the effort but probably not for the faint hearted.

beautiful location, we stayed overnight on the carpark. we were the only ones there. the beach is really nice had to walk the dogs further along as there is restricted access for dogs on the main bit, although the beach is just as nice further along. toilets get locked after tea and reopen in the morning.
will definitely go here again.
the car park does not mention no overnight parking but the grassed areas along the beach do state no overnight camping
