This is a stunning spot which I have used for many years but unfortunately in the past few years the area behind the fence is full of poop and toilet paper from humans with no onboard facilities, chemical loos also emptied down the fence so have had to stop using summer months due to amount of flies, again Braemar caravan site only 3 miles away where facilities can be used for a fee. Public loo in Braemar village having problems with chemical toilets being emptied which system cannot cope with and cleaner having to deal with mess left.

Fantastic veiw from this secluded layby, good for overnight. If you are energetic you can climb down the hill to the river, no real paths only deer tracks!
