Site convenient to Strasbourg, the general facilities are clean and well maintained. The pitches are badly maintained boggy from rain
However, the disabled facility was woefully inadequate, (needed by my husband who is an above knee amputee) was without either a seat to shower under or a spare seat for him to dress in the dry, or even a seat on the WC. Our request to staff for a simple plastic seat was passed on to someone 3 times and was not fulfilled. Celine was the only member of staff who really tried to help. Sadly, I had to persevere depite being made to feel as though I was complaining about nothing. Evenually, the technician came and resentfully handed me a portable seat.

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit Strasbourg Christmas market. It gets muddy when it’s wet because the site is on clay soil. However, most pitches have gravel strips to park on & wooden pallets are provided as steps. Facilities were modern, clean & heated. Easy access to the city centre via bus, which stops very close to the site, or via tram in a half-mile walk. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Grey waste & water point is just inside the site entrance - token needed for water. Rubbish points at the front & back site entrances. We booked it the day we arrived via the caravan club, which was cheaper than paying at the site. Overall, this is a great city site for visiting Strasbourg.

Stayed for a 2 day visit to Strasbourg. Access easy and the site had great facilities. Pitches good but it was obvious that they had been muddy, but it was 37 degrees when we were there, so no issues. 25 minute walk into the city centre and a Lidl 10 mins from the site. It was expensive and a little noisy but it is a city site so no real surprises.

Stayed here to visit the Christmas markets. WARNING! 3.6 metre height limit on entry, (a railway bridge!) Over-priced, €40 per night, so try aires first. ACSI not taken when the markets are on. Grass pitches which were quite water-logged. Facilities excellent, but the showers are mixed, well the room is, not the showers and only one area was open so quite far from most pitches. Very polite and professional staff. Fresh bread available every morning. 10 mins to tram stop, but very expensive.

Excellent site. Facilities great. Pitches appear to be all grass so when we were here some where rather biggy. 30 minute walk into city centre or if you have no dog use bus or tram. Re previous review coordinates will take you to old entrance which is locked so follow new green signs.

You need to go under a rail bridge to get to the site. We were ok at at 3m. Bit expensive but the facilities were great. The shower block is unisex just be aware I was drying my hair when a Man walked in and he looked to embarrassed until I assured him he wasn't mistaken

Excellent clean site with good facilities and found it easily. Handy for bus and/or tram into centre of town. There is also, what appears to be, free parking outside the site with a pay sani-station.

Other reviews say most things. Will say co-reds given took us to correct site entrance.
Nice modern reception and services block.
Easy to get into city.
ACSI discount period finishes earlier in summer than most sites.

Perfect for exploring Strasbourg, a very pleasant 30 minute walk through the park and allotments. (We saw green woodpeckers.) Or bus stop outside, or metro 10 minutes walk. Toilets and showers very clean. Not huge pitches and quite narrow roadways, but we managed. Almost full in late May, probably better to book in high season. Some shops nearby, including a bakery but they sell out quickly.

This is an idea safe spot for parking up to visit Strasbourg, the town of which needs plenty of time and perhaps a couple of visits to make the most of it's beauty. There is a cycle track that takes you into town in ten minutes, which is helpful. During July and August there is a nightly Light Show at the Cathedral from 10.30pm-11.00 which is worth watching. The site is well run and nicely laid out with cabins and a range of mixed size pitches. During high season I would suggest you book, which you can do on-line with a €13 booking fee. There is an eco feel to the site and it has a small swimming pool, free wifi, two washing machines and a tumble dryer, all jeton operated via Reception. Although in a residential area, it is surprisingly quiet, despite being close to a railway line, it's not intrusive. A family oriented site that served our purposes nicely. A word of caution about the entrance to the site. The co-ordinates here take you to the back entrance of the site, which is not accessible. From the motorway, follow the signs for the Campsite that are clearly marked on the road in and do not follow the co-ordinates. If you go past the garage, you have missed the entrance and you will need to turn around.

Very nice site with newly refurbished facilities. The Reception staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. Strasbourg centre is a short bus ride away, with the bus stop 100m from the site entrance, and tickets can be purchased from the camp Reception. There is also free Wifi.
