Lovely quiet spot. £10 for the night. Park lakeside. Lovely lanes for walks. Friendly landlord and his wife. WouldView all reviews by quirkybird
Superb location but the £10.00 per night charge just buys you a spot in the Hotel carpark, with a fantastic view of the Lake and nothing else. Be wary of the postcode - it was dark when we turned up, the hotel was closed (well, it was 9pm!) and not well-lit so we missed it as our Garmin Satnav took us through a gate beyond the hotel and onto a hairy adventure along a lakeside track, which we wouldn't recommend! Can't vouch for the hospitality and TBH, there were better 'wild' locations nearby.View all reviews by knumptytravel
Right on the side of the lake, parking just off the main B road on to gravel/hardstanding area. No access to any services but used toilets inside when pub was open. Peaceful spot and incredible view. Ate in pub but personally wouldnt recommend it food wise. Menu limited and pricey for what was served.View all reviews by hannahjones687
£10 overnight, £5 to park for the day. No discount for using the pub.
Stayed for a couple of stopover nights on way to Snowdonia. We arrived Good Friday and pitched up at the top of the pub car park right on the banks of the lake with stunning views. We ate in the pub on the 1st night and the food was mediocre at best. There is no discount if you eat or drink in the pub even though it was offered when we booked.View all reviews by darracq
