Stopped for the night having phoned ahead. Lovely pub, nice staff. We had lasagne which was excellent. Nice ales. Very peaceful carpark once pub was closed. No view from carpark but nice grass area to sit by the moorings across the road. Well recomended.View all reviews by NashnAbb

Public toilets in the carpark!! Ok
First ever time on the Norfolk Broads. Found this pub by accident. Fantastic staff. Wonderful food. Great location. Very quiet night in the car park. Lots of outside tables. Pizza pod in the garden.which was very popular. We ate inside. I highly recommend the cod and chips. Dogs very welcome with their own bar outside as well. Absolutely recommend this place.View all reviews by camperchasliz
Another hidden Norfolk GemView all reviews by sarahV
This place was buzzing, the pizza pod was proving very popular (our choice) but the fish & chips looked amazing
Large gravel car park , we chose to park under the trees, they gave us the disabled toilet key for use in the night. Quiet until about 8 am when the boats on the broad across the road start to leave.
Recycling close by. definately recommend A visit
lovely place to stay. flat car park opposite pub. Nice food.View all reviews by johnjulie
Just great! Good menu choice, with a variety of prices and the food is lovely. Both the staff and the locals are friendly. We were offered the key to the toilets on the carpark, but as we use our own we didn't require it so I cant comment on these. We had a view from across the road of Malthouse Broad. It's quiet, peaceful and only woken by the singing of the birds and the hammering of the woodpecker. We will return :)View all reviews by KMP1912
Good stopover near the broad. Very busy Sunday so trouble getting onto car park but it emptied later in the day. Good flat surface, very quiet at night only the hooting owl to keep you awake. Good basic pub grub with reasonable prices. Various signs on the car park about CCTV and displaying a sticker in the window to park but we just followed the landlords instructions when I called him to just park up.View all reviews by mikelt

Gentle stroll to the Norfolk Wildlife Trust centre on Ranworth broad.
Granary Stores and post office just over the road next to the moorings.
A slight slope in the car park with public toilets to the rear.

Across the road from pub is a post office/general store, tea shop, RSPB office which provide boat trip to nature reserve.
This really is a great stopover.
Thank you to The Malster team!!
Great food in the pub, busy for Sunday Lunch, can be a wait. You can of course book a meal. Public toilets in carpark, handy when pub is closed. A stones throw from Ranworth Staithe which in the summer is packed with boats. A great site for watching the action or the Broads. Close by is the Nature Reserve and St. Helens church where for a small donation you can climb to thetop of the tower for great views over the broadsView all reviews by bobl
Nice car park opposite the pub. Owners very friendly - nice log fire, dog friendly. Toilets adjacent. Food ok. Good for walking etc. Free if eating. £6 otherwise.View all reviews by mikehayes
