Stayed here despite the 'no overnight camping' signs. Very peaceful location good for coastal walking and fishing. Unfortunately in the morning a local 'councillor' who was walking his dog threatened us with a £100 fine. I don't believe this will happen as there were no bylaws posted at the parking area, but his officious nature was very off putting.

Stayed over on overflow carpark at Amlwch. Very quiet hard standing with views out to sea and birdwatching area and walking along coast path. Local pubs very close by also 10min walk into village with plenty take always and several pubs. Ideal free night stop over close to many other coastal villages on the east side of Anglesey. Public toilets nearby.

Good spot to shelter from the Welsh winds. No great view but you're just off a speculator cliff walk. Popular with dog walkers and jogged early morning. Quite at night. Within easy walking distance of the village pub and chippy. The harbour is well worth a look around as well.
