Lovely Camper Park, set back off the road but with view of the sea, hills and mountains ( and ploy tunnels). On arrival you may have to let yourself in, chain across the road. The lovely owner comes and collects the fees later in the day. Fees are still the same pitch €6, water €1View all reviews by Fishingman
The pitch here are very large (long)makes our 8mts van look small, most here have trailer for cars or are RV's.
Enjoy the horn for the gas man, still comes (Tuesday) while we were here also the bread van but it seem the German cake lady is finishing this week, no more.
We have looked at the other reports but we have enjoyed our stay here, it basic but very quite and relaxing.
the lovely Dutch guy has been replaced by a grumpy unfriendly German woman. shame because its a lovely spot. may have to try one of the other airesView all reviews by Edna31
Loved this place. Greated by the lovely Dutch guy who collects the money whose Moho is sited in corner. All pitches are sited so you get a view of the sea. So very peaceful with stunning views, water & waste facilities, very spacious & bread van calls. The village was very dead but the dogs loved the beach. We also cycled to an amazing sandy beach about 30 mins away. All this for 6€ !!! Would defiantly returnView all reviews by nicoleh
This is a lovely remote site . Not very busy at the moment so lots of space between motorhomes. Stock up on all your essentials before you arrive if thinking about stay more than a few days. There is a spar about 3 miles away . Will definitely return. The manager said it is closed July and August.View all reviews by wardopepper
The co-ordinates aren't correct for this site. They are N37.515839 W001.398070View all reviews by sheilapascoe
N37*30'57" W001*23'53". If we followed the directions we would have gone up a very narrow road.
The most obnoxious person I have ever met manages this site. We arrived to find the site full with large Dutch and German vans. We needed some water and seeing that it was a paid for service - we deposited €2 for 200 litres of water and emptied the grey tank. On leaving, the manager chased after us. He demanded €5 for emptying the grey water. I pointed out that he only charged €6 to stay the night and offered him a reasonable €2 to empty the grey as we had already paid for fresh water. He became abusive and said he made the rules and was telephoning the police, He had said the rules were on the notice at the entrance and when my wife went to photograph it, he pushed her and snatched the phone out of her hand. I got out of the van and told him to hand the phone back immediately. The argument continued with another "nosey" resident coming over to join in. After I sent him on his way, I handed the manager €5 - but the turning point was when I asked him for a "Factura" as proof of payment. He started laughing at me at called me a "crazy man" . So I took the €5 back off him. The other campers had huddled together jeering and hissing at us. Obviously British (or in our case Irish) campers are not welcome here.View all reviews by goingnomad
Site situated opposite a pebble and sand beach, quiet location, friendly owner attends twice a day to collect €6 a day (stay 10 you get one night free) about 50 large bays on level gravel laid out on angles so that everyone benefits from the sunshine. No power, but water potable, grey and black. Nearest shop about 2 miles, bars 1/2 mile. Sat nav details are correct. The only noise is the waves....View all reviews by arvey
Tried both coordinates but couldn't find the site!View all reviews by royp8641
Lovely little camper park, away from the hussle and bussle of the full huge noisy parks, looking out to the sea one side and the mountains the other, next to a small village where the restaurant has wifi. The site has grey and chemical water points, the gas man comes round not sure how many times a week, the bread van comes 8.00 and 11.00am daily, there is also a German cake van which comes round again not sure how many times a week but the cakes are to die for ( they also sell cheese and other things). Just so peaceful and resting, oh one last thing you can fill up with water it costs 1 euro for 100 ltrsView all reviews by skylark
