A well organised site, we had a hardstanding pitch with ehu, pre booking only due to COVID and had to pay a £5 booking charge, works out at £30 per night for a motorhome with 2 adults. Good double sided MoHo service point, CDP was efficient as was the recycling. Very handy for an ascent on Ben Nevis as it is near to the mountain track path and information centre. Pub/restaurant is 200m up the road. Fort William is two miles away down a pleasant riverside path. A great location

Facilities slighty dated but very goid water pressure and showers hot worth a stop ovet or use as a base but not the cheapest if sitez we paid £30 a night

Nice campsite, a bit expensive for small camper and 1 person at just under £30 for the night. £5 booking fee too for booking online?
Washers and dryers were good and cheap to do a load. Good hot showers.

2 adults and 1 x 6 year old. Stayed here before 11 years ago and really liked the sote. Facilities are tired and need work and very expensive with this is mind. Pitchs very close together and felt like you werenon top of each other and no privacy. Stayed for 3 nights as biking at the nevis range and climbing the Ben. Will go back to wild camping round Fort William as very expensive for what you get.

Large, very reasonably priced campsite with excellent facilities. Toilets/showers both very clean and tidy.
Friendly, helpful staff. Great shop, really well stocked with all your essentials and very good opening hours. Lovely little hot food trailer for a great bacon roll in the morning!!

Great site in a great location. A large site and we were worried the toilets/showers might be very busy but never had an issue. Several blocks do cover the site. We had a serviced pitch but be warned the middle pitches are nearly 5m to the waste (too long for our pipe). On site restaurant not cheap but the Glen Nevis chicken and haggis was excellent.

You pays for what you get. Tad on the dear side, but 6 out of 5 stars for views, 5 for fantastic amenities - including great hose-friendly mh service point. And if you've got your walking/Ben Nevis climbing boots, where else would you be? Large, but well planned not to feel so, site divided into different areas. Noticed that one for reserved (ie, pre-booked) pitches was crowded. But the turn-up-on-the-day bit almost at mountains' foot was lot free-er with many more pitch choices (July '19)

A large well equipped site a couple of miles out from Fort William. Efficient reception staff and a large shop which sold most foodstuffs and a wide variety of camping equipment. Good showers with adjustable temperature. Very clean toilets in a separate block to the showers. Easy access service point and dishwashing facilities. Hot food van and quiet at night. Stayed Jul 19 WWW.JIMEARL6.COM

Absolutly fantastic, large site, plenty clean facilities. Best to book in advance to obtain a good spot facing the mountains. Some might say a bit pricey but it is really worthwhile.

The best site I stayed on during my NC500 2018 road trip. Very good price, great customer service, well-stocked shop, excellent/clean washing facilities / nicely laid out campsite / superb views, restaurant nearby that you can walk to in a few minutes. Lots of nearby walks and a short drive into Fort William.

Lovely site and location right on the doorstep of many walks around the region and to Ben Nevis.
Friendly helpful staff, good showers and toilets.
We had a fully service pitch in homefield which was quite and peacefull. We had very bad weather so left earlier than planned by thats not the sites fault

This is a lovely site right at the foot of Ben Nevis. it is a little bit on the expensive side, but location is everything and it's definitely the best place to stop if you're wanting to walk up Ben Nevis, as we were. We'd probably stay there again if we were in the area, as it didn't feel like a big commercial site and, once there, we didn't feel like we'd paid over the odds.

We turned up on the day without a booking and check in was quick and easy. Location was ideal for walking up Ben Nevis where we joined the trail at the Youth hostel a short walk from the campsite. All facilities you would expect from a campsite including a motorhome service point, small shop and hot snack van. The Glen Nevis restuarant next door was ok after a hard days walk but food was average. Overall a good stay and would consider staying again if we were in the area.

Great site, good facilities, showers & toilets were neat clean & tidy. I can’t commentbon the views unfortunately because the weather was poor.

We arrived late & the staff were great & helpful.

Went to the restaurant just 5 minutes walk from the camp, wish hadn’t. Nothing positive to say about it.

Site was great

Nice site with reasonable size pitches, views are great. Toilets, showers and laundry are all good. The on site store is a bit expensive, nearly double supermarket prices in some cases. Fort William is probably 1.5 miles, but is easily walkable either on the tracks through the wood or by the foot path by the side of the road. The next door pub/ restaurant does not allow dogs in the bar.

One of the best camp sites we have stayed at. Awesome view of Ben Nevis from most areas of the site. Great facilities too and most important for a motorhome, level pitches. Definitely worth the tough walk up Ben Nevis just for the views.

We love this site the views are stunning and the staff very friendly. The pitches are hard standing and a good size the showers are free and motorhome point it very useful.
It's only a fifteen minute walk into fort William by a stunning river where you can find all you need shop wise.A great place to stop if you fancy tackling the Ben.
