A small campsite with good facilities. There are no hardstandings for motorhomes as these are taken up by permanent caravans, so you’re on flattish grass. Road noise from adjacent A road, good dog walks. Expensive at £23 for 2 adults and a little dog with EHU at the end of October. Ok for a one nighter.

Single sex groups allowed.
Sitting listening to 5 men shouting and playing loud music across the site. Apparently security will ask them to be quiet when they arrive at 11.
Traffic noise also- not the place for a pleasant stay.

Lovely location. Small site, part of guest house. Most of the dozen or so hard-standings taken up by long-stayers. Grass terraced pitches just as well closed in soggy winter months. Not cheap, but free wifi near loo block.

As unable to edit reviews, adding to one already submitted to say that its obscure entrance is down a tiny road right next to an Esso station on the A470. Also that the prices guide here doesn't quite match the £20.50 I had to pay in November for one night, one person. The GPS coordinates of my pitch (52.74894,-3.85639) also at variance.

Small site great area and possibly the best toilet washing facilities I have had the pleasure of using.
