Easy access from A303. Large level car park. Really good food and reasonably priced. Excellent service by an incredibly fast moving young lady! Church clock strikes every hour through the night but not too intrusively.

We chose this site as we were heading to Portsmouth for the ferry and wanted to visit Stonehenge which is 20 mins away.
The pub has a large car park, it is easier to turn on the roundabout to get aligned for entry.
Made very welcome by the friendly landlady, wehad a very nice meal, very good pub grub. I went for the Schnizel and my wife chose the Pork Belly.

Great place to stop whilst travelling down the A303. When we arrived there was two others moho's and one more arrived later so shows how popular it is. Food was excellent and good value and the car park is level and quiet. Would recommend.

Stopped here last night on way back from a day out. Arrived about 6.30 Not expecting to be able to stay (We hadn't rung ahead) but surprisingly the lovely lady behind the bar had said it wasn't a problem. So we stayed for a lovely meal and couple of drinks. Parking is at the back of the pub on level tarmac/gravel. Lovely quiet area. Would definately recommend.

Lovely thatched pub, plenty of parking room. Food good but a bit pricy - not much choice for vegetarians.

Lovely friendly pub - welcomes dogs. Food good, basic pub grub with a few specials. I had fish and chips and was surprised how good it was. Won't use any facilities so can't comment on those, but handy place for those leaving Stonehenge, as I did. 15 min drive.

Great place about 5 minutes from the a303. Large car park pretty flat tarmac. Pub served lovely food and allowed dogs as well. I don't know if they had water or anything as we didn't need it. We will be going back. I could see it being busy in the summer.

Stayed here for 2 nights, lovely small village, deadly silent at night, good beer and food, nice staff, large car park with grassy area at rear which is used by the village hall for parking but empty whilst we were there. Extensive woods ideal for dog walking half a mile away. 10 minutes from the 303 but left turn into the car park impossible with large motorhome towing a car, just loop the roundabout and no problem getting in turning right.
