Great little spot. We didn't stay overnight as we were just looking for a lunch stop off on route to Calais. Nicely situated and free. Village itself not particularly notable aside from interesting architecture and a large selection of patisseries.

Lovely spot, with nice town and lots of patisseries. The service point has the best view of any service point ever! Friendly ducks. There is some noise from what we think was the quarry, but you soon get to the point of not hearing it. Note : the picture at the top is now wrong, the parking is by the service point and outside the campsite. The other side of the pedestrian area (where the arrow points) is now height barriered car parking.

If coming from the North, drive over the river, go up to the roundabout and come back on yourself before taking a right just before the bridge. Watch this junction as it is quite narrow and us and quite a few before had caught their tyres on the loose kerbs. Once on the aire, the view of the river is lovely. We visited in January and there is no charge over the winter months. Great little town centre with plenty of local shops and places to eat. No toilet facilities and the water is accesse

Excellent overnight stop, from 1 Nov until beginning of April no charge for parking or emptying waste&toilet. Nice town with good shops etc. Interesting Church. Highly recommend, does seem to fill up quickly.

This could be a lovely place to stop ... nice town, good facilities, great views of river and they let you use the municipal campsite facilities.
BUT the car park is a magnet for the local youth to drink, take drugs ? play loud music, generally make a thorough nuisance of themselves so there is no quiet enjoyment. if only the police / local residents would move them on , what a nightmare.
we didn't get much sleep last night

Very peaceful spot. Small town with 2 or 3 bars and a few shops. Bit of a culinary dessert for France with a pizzeria and a Moroccan restaurant - the typically French restaurant was closed for 2 weeks and hotel restaurant closed for refurbishment.

Beautiful, peaceful spot with views over the river, the town is very quaint with a nice array of shops, some very old architecture, the church is amazing. There is a Vet in the village, plenty riverside walking for the dog.

This is a sloping, tarmac aire on the banks of the river next to the village. The allocated plots are sometimes used by the general public during the day so you may need to wait until they drive off to get a spot. The people are friendly and dogs were welcomed in the bars. There is a launderette and a vet opposite if pet treatment is required. There’s an excellent cycle track along the river and onto the next village; at least 3 miles each way. This was great for the dogs off season and off leash. The site was free between November and April but there was no water available.

This site is a replacement for the previous one and is bigger and better. Slightly sloping but we are nose down so did not matter. Interesting town and the church is worth a visit. Quiet at night. The cassette dump can be used without charge if required.

Lovely free aire if you don't need water although you can get jetons from the adjacent camp site. Good views of the river and very quiet. Slight slope in marked bays which are wider than most.

A lovely overnight stop right by the river. Easy walking distance to the town and shops. None of the facilities were in use when we stopped in January.

I read the reviews saying tricky access for large vans, but I decided to give it a go in my 9m Autotrail anyway! Yes it was tight, but definitely do-able. Maybe in the busier summer months it would have been a bad move. The exit road is also signed max 3.5 tonnes, but I just had to ignore it as no other way out!
Aire is a great location, so close to all town facilities, yet so quiet. Next to the river for walks with the dog, or just to stretch your legs. Only 7 for facilities as while WC waste is free, there's no water supply to rinse with. And awkward to access with the van too.

Had driven by here numerous times on our way down south. Managed to get the last spot on our way back to Calais in June. Lovely spot, quiet and good for walking the dog by the river. The town is lovely, a few eating places and bars, few shops. Stayed in the Aire next to the campsite and didn't need to use any of the facilities. Parking was free!

Riverside Aire on outskirts of Rouen. The original location was free but the council have moved the aire to a part of the car park adjacent to the Municipal Site. Good stopover.
