Visited this site on the offchance. Made very welcome . Allocated a pitch, nicely spaced . Showers and toilets very good nice and clean. Site very near Corfe Castle with a good path to do the 20 min walk. Bus stop outside the site entrance. Swanage one way Wareham in the other direction. The site has an extreamly well stocked shop, at reasonable prices. Site open 1st March to 31st October.

A lovely large site on a working farm. Staff friendly and helpful - pitch was allocated on arrival. Almost level with trees behind. Lots of space for children to play - became very busy with families over the weekend. Shower/toilet blocks clean, laundry & dishwashing area good. Dog washing shower available too! Buses to Swanage or Wareham stop near gate. Steam train to Swanage 5 mins walk away. 25 min walk through fields to Corfe village - 3 good pubs serving decent food.

Not a bad site on a working farm, animals everywhere, donkeys, ducks, geese, lambs, goats and peacocks. Quite cool. Good farm shop, stocked with alsorts of stuff, camping spares etc, nice facilities, not a bad view. Staff fantastic. This is an all grass site and we got stuck on the first pitch, got towed out and put on a better spot so big motorhomes beware if ground is wet. Short walk to corfe on footpath. Bus stop outside site. Paid £17 in March.

Large site with good facilities and large shop & garden centre based on a working farm.
Friendly helpful staff.
Well located for The Swanage Railway and Corfe Castle.
Superb out of season rate plus discounts for oldies like us. Only paid £11 a night including EHU.
Fishing lake for those interested.

Great site more so for families and groups. Ideal as a base for walking and cycling. Could not fault the facilities, they were kept very clean. This site is large with several fields and will get very busy at weekends and during school holidays. There will be LOTS of kids during these times.Bus stop on the main road outside the site for Poole and Swanage (no dogs on beach anywhere). Ideal site to visit Corfe Castle

stayed 1 night 1st july 2017. I thought it very over priced at £28 for 2 people. toilet block was fine though not much else there but a shop. maybe we missed things but I doubt it., might be better value if you children go free [we don't have any] nice walk to the town along a trail.

Stayed here twice now (for a car club event) in September, both times we were in the Donkey Field, a short walk to the shower and toilet blocks, can be a little boggy under the trees at that time of year, the rest of the field is fine though. It's a very nice active farm site, so expect to see Peacocks etc walking around, certainly made the dog interested when the tails were up! The walk into Corfe Castle is a must.

We stayed here at the start of June 2016 for 4 nights. (End of the 1/2 term week).
The campsite covers 4 or 5 fields. We were on the main field. The pitches go around the edge of the field and also a round the middle, effectively leaving a clearway between the pitches.
We were on EHU. No problems with tripping out and the connector post was located close to our pitch (only needed the short 5m hook up lead).
Water - there are 2 fill up points for the fresh water. One on the way into the field and the other towards the top left had side directly behind a pitch so that you have to walk through someone's pitch to get to it.
The site takes tents, tourers, campervans and motorhomes.
There is a notice requesting a minimum distance between each unit but there were lots of people pitched very closely together - the two pitches behind us had a motorhome with wind out awning as well as a day tent and his friend, next to him had a large tent. The tent and day room were about 3 foot apart.
Being the 1/2 term week, it was very busy. We still slept well.
Walking into Corfe village takes about 30 mins and is worth a wander around.
There are plenty of other attractions to visit in the local area as well.
We had our 2 dogs with us and there is plenty of room on and around the site to walk them.
The washing and shower facilities are reasonable and considering how busy it was, pretty clean.
The site shop has a good selection of essentials, both food and accessories along with gifts.
