Wonderful views and straight onto the coastal path for walks South through Rocky Vally to Tintagel and beyond searching for hidden tidal beaches, or North to Boscastle. Bus stops at the end of steep drive for Bude or Wadebridge. Main facility block very clean. Good shop. Easy access in a Motorhome. Our pitch was dead level. Playground was really good but tucked away behind Reception. Perfect TV reception for kids and 4G for adults.View all reviews by mrblo
The site is literally on the coastal path so is ideal for walkers. The main facilities block is what you’d expect of CMC sites, and spotless, as us the while site. They also have some temporary facilities, which are below their usual standards - very narrow cubicles, leaking shower trays etc. However, site was full when we visited, and although the temp facs hardly used, we didn’t have to queue for a shower in the main block, so not a problem. They now offer pitches without electricity which are quite a bit cheaper. Good little shop on site.View all reviews by teithwyr
Views are breathtaking, whatever the weather, well worth a visit. We’ll be back (again).
The views from most of the pitches are spectacular to say the least! Good walking along the coastal path but the walk to Boscastle is a bit of a challenge (90mins) but worth it when you get there. Not for those who are mobility challenged.View all reviews by mikeyj
Good for dogs although wardens are not particularly welcoming.
Can you score twelve for the views? Well run club site and I could not find a pitch without a view. Great coastal walks from the site to Tintagel and to Boscastle. Several pubs and shops in Tintagel, and the Camelot Castle Hotel is a great place for coffee etc. All around is very dog friendly as well. The site does have a proper motorhome dump point which is also a plus and the showers and toilets were great. Not always a great fan of these club sites, but this was good.View all reviews by butchs1
This site has stunning views (Pitch 21) with fantastic coastal walks. Short walk to bus stop. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. We visited Boscastle and Tintagel by bus. Excellent stay.View all reviews by basil
Brilliant location and views right on the coast path for walks to Boscastle and Tintagel. Typically well kept and laid out Club Site. Short walk to end of lane for Bus Stop. Lovely.View all reviews by derran001
CMC site - facilities up to usual standard, warm and spotlessView all reviews by barbandcol
Great views on top of cliffs, small shop for essentials on site, visiting pizza van / chip shop van different nights.
It's a couple of miles outside Tintagel and the road is not suitable for walking, very steep and not good/ no pavement . Site staff say you can flag bus from end of drive into Tintagel or Boscastle. Short taxi ride.
Beautiful coastal walk to Tintagel.
Could be so fantastic, stunning views, superb stretch of SWC Path, only let down by the worst customer service ever experienced anywhere. Will never return, but you may be luckierView all reviews by robpratt
Stayed here for three nights and loved it. Its a short taxi ride from Tintagel, but the road's not suitable for walking really. If youre able bodied you can walk the coastline path, but unfortunately due to my wife's bad knee we were unable to explore it on our visit. Hoping to do it this year.View all reviews by cheyenne
