Good mix of hardstanding & grass. Facilities open in a limited way due to Covid19, but had a lovely hot shower which didnt require any button pressing. V close proximity to expansive country park with parking (daily fee) and access to a beach & other sporting activities. Also nearby a v good bike trail that meanders round the estuary i went as far as Loughor ( part of sustrans route 4). Only stayed one night but will return for a longer spell.

Pembrey - What a fabulous place, only visited as family are local but will go again. The amazing sandy beach which we cycled along, lots of other walking and cycle routes. The site wardens very welcoming, site well kept and in our view better than the one in the park itself - nicely laid out and plenty of trees and greenery. Lots of service points around, main MOHO service point by toilets. We were there during COVID so very restricted access to showers/toilets, only 2 open for a large site and queuing system in place - bit OTT compared to other sites during same period but very clean

Great site in a great location. Take your bikes for access to coastal path, ride to the beach or even go skiing.

My cousin has visited this place many times, and he only lives 12.5miles away, so I knew it had to be good. And it certainly is.

Fabulously dog friendly, with dog waste bins dotted around the site and a dog shower and best of all, for no extra charges. The site itself is immaculate, and well laid out so in spite there being over 100 pitches, it doesn’t look regimented, and at this time of year you can pick your pitch. The grounds are wonderfully kept, neat and tidy. And all you can hear is bird

Excellent site in a really nice location. Plenty of walks, either beach, coastal path or woodland.
As all Caravan & Motorhome sites, top notch facilities.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in May. Well kept, clean and secure site, although you are advised to lock your cycles. Easy 20 min walk on paths to the excellent blue flag beach. Lots of cycle tracks and walks in the park and free to enter on foot or cycle. Make sure you have provisions for your stay as shops a distance from the site. Be aware at present some ground works are taking place across the road so some daytime building noise. It’s a great site in an excellent location.

Stayed here as we couldn't get in the other site as it was closing for the winter. This is a fabulous site. We paid online to join so only £22 for the night. Excellent clean facilities and pitches, great walks for dogs and down to the beach.

Situated at the entrance to a glorious country park which also has miles of beach alongside. Typical Caravan Club site and is our goto site when we want a relaxing holiday. Pembrey Park has horse riding, cyclepaths, a toboggan ride, dry ski slope and miles of walking where you wouldn't realise any of the former are anywhere near. If you want a less formal campsite there is one situated in the Park itself.

Our favourite location. The campsite is on the edge of the park and is typical of CC sites, clean tidy with a fair proportion of hardstanding. You can walk into the park which is great for walking/cycling/ dogs. It has a lovely sandy beach which stretches for miles. The only downside is you have to pay to drive into the park. A reduced rate is available for a week - purchase from site.

Great location just outside the entrance to the country park. Typical caravan club site layout with mostly hardstandings. Good facilities. A bit formal for our tastes and we prefer the site inside the park itself but this is an excellent alternative especially in peak periods when the other site can get very busy
