A lovely well kept site with good size pitches
The shower facilities are clean and due to Corvid a band system is in place
Fresh water, waste disposal etc are available
There is an area for dogs and a park for the kids
You can walk into the town of Moreton where there are a few places to eat a couple of pubs and a few antique shops
Although it was August and the site full we still found it to be quiet site

Comments similar to foregoing. Popular site and hence often full. Usual club prices but lessend during our stay due to VAT reduction making them more acceptable in line with continental campsite prices. The town certainly has its attractions, but choked by through traffic on the A44 .

Visited 14-16 July 2020. Covid-19 safety measures in place. One way system in Reception, pick your own pitch on arrival as usual. Toilet block open, deep cleaned every day, wristband entry maximum 3 in either block at any one time, wristbands in Milton fluid. Very comfortable with the measures, enough so to use the showers. Washing up area and laundry, max 1 person or family group. No leaflets in Information Hut but plenty of info on the walls. £30 on not bad for July.

Ideal club site, lovely and clean with 2 large toilet blocks with showers etc. Well laid out with spacious pitches and EHU. Motorhome service points with water filling points and grey waste disposal.
Dog walking area next to the glamping pods. Lots of dog waste bins around and regularly emptied.
Short level walk into the town with lots of tea rooms, cafes and eating places.
We ate at “The Swan” for an evening meal very tasty and well cooked and good sized portions.

Very warm welcome to us on our first visit to this site. Very well maintained with very clean shower/toilet blocks. Plenty of service points for motorhomes and all very well maintained. Short walk on a footpath into Moreton in Marsh. Plenty of coffee shops, cafes, pubs and antique shops. Will visit again and highly recommemd. There is Aldi 20 minute walk away 0.75 mile.

Nice site, facilities beautifully clean as you'd expect at a MCC site. Friendly, helpful staff. Short walk into town for great food at one of the many pubs or restaurants available. Bus stop just outside the entrance, about a 40 minute walk to Batsford Arboretum.

Typical Club site. Welcoming staff who are very helpful. Facilities very clean & importantly warm in January! Pitches could do with fresh gravel adding to them as gravel is a bit sparse so pitches are muddy. 10 minutes walk into Moreton. Market day is Tuesday. Lots of cafes, several dog friendly. Small Tesco & Coop supermarkets in town & Aldi supermarket on outskirts on Stowe Road.

Nicely laid out site with plenty of trees/grass, good sized hardstanding pitches. Easy flat walk (pavement all the way) in to town which has plenty of places to eat and drink. Shower/toilet block clean and tidy when I visited. Would visit again.

Not a long stay site, we had a 6 day booking here thinking the area was going to be better than what is was.
Site was usual CAMC standards if many of the pitches on the small side and requiring work. Town close by, Aldi too which made it bearable. Cycling easy to Stow on the Wold etc....Walking routes easy. Would use again but only as an overnight halt

Exactly what we’ve come to expect from a CAMC site - spotless, friendly with great facilities.
Great location for a short walk in to Moreton on the Marsh.

Usual good quality CAMC site. Easy access even for large American RV’s. Busy even beginning of March. Short walk to town with all amenities. Wardens on site friendly and knowledgeable taking extra time with newbies. Not much of a view and one side of site has more road noise than pitches at the back, but is a CAMC site so you choose where you want to be. Large adventure type playground and open space away from pitches if you have the grandkids onboard. Second time here and I’m sure not the last.

Stayed there four night (Thu-Sun) very nice - standard CaMC site facilities (all top notch, clean and well serviced). Some pitches inexplicably coned off, then available again, then coned off again. Seems even in August they want to drive a noisy, yet ineffective, sit on leaf vacuum around the site quite early - not sure why. Short stroll to town (10 mins tops) with a couple of small supermarkets on main drag (Co-Op and Tesco), pubs, cafes and great cheese shop! Nice site. Great cotswolds views.

Just stayed here for two nights on my way to Wales and was most impressed.
Despite what I’d read on the Caravan Club site I found the wardens very friendly and helpful. I was told to put my awning on the left side of my pitch but as I’ve only got a small toilet tent to keep the dog cool I put this on the grass behind me. No complaint was made by the wardens. The site was very neat and tidy although some of the grass behind me was a bit longer than normal.

Large site with 200 pitches; very clean with friendly, but festidious, wardens. 10 min walk into the lovely town of Moreton in Marsh for it's shops, pubs and restaurants. The only negative is the road noise, but more than happy to accept that given the postives for this site. Already booked to return in a few weeks.

I generally use the CS/CL sites as not a fan of busy sites but although busy, it is extremely well run. Took advantage of spending twice as much as I usually do, by having a shower in their block......it was absolutely spotless with a good supply of hot water. Added bonus wad the Al Fresco Pizza people being there who made me a pizza from scratch and very nice it was too. Children's play area seemed popular and is right next to a decent sized dog park. A nice touch for dog owners.

Well situated, short 5 minute walk to town. Pitches quite close together, good facilities, good sized secure dog walk on site, local pubs dog friendly. We rocked up on a Monday night and we're surprised how busy the site was but it became apparent that moreton on marsh has a famous Tuesday market which people are bought in to by the coach load. Only downside is that the site is situated on a busy road and our pitch was next to the road with quite a lot of road noise, book a pitch inside the site

Nice site set amongst trees next to a busy road, the road noise didn't bother us. The main attraction at this site is it's location 10 minutes walk to the lovely village of Moreton in the Marsh which has shops, pubs and restaurant plus the Tuesday market. Site facilities were the usual high CMC standard - warm and very clean.

This is a well located site and is well up to CC standards. Pitches are a good size and everything is clean and functional. The walk into Moreton is easy, although along a fairly busy road. Our only complaint is the shutting of all the toilets for cleaning for an hour during fairly "peak" use time in the morning. There was one unisex disabled loo with a queue of five people outside it. It seemed to organised to suit the staff rather than the customers.
