Stayed a couple of nights in March. Big site with everything you need. Staff friendly and accommodating. The pool and leisure complex looked new, and was sparkling. Cost £2.90 to use the pool, sauna and steam room which I thought was brill. Think we'll return soon for a relaxing treat.

Try a pint of the "Wolf" IPA - wicked !

We spent the weekend here with our grandsons. They loved the indoor pool and the other amenities. Lovely site with everything you need.

We've been here a few times out of season. A large holiday camp style site but the entertainment etc is not too intrusive and the swimming pools (indoor and out) are good. Showers etc very good and always clean. Grey and black water dumps onsite. Bar, fish and chip shop and restaurants onsite. Also has a small shop. The site takes ACSI out of season (check dates) which makes it good value. Large choice of pitches to suit all units. Great for families. Excellent pub/restaurant a short walk away. Easy access to the Exe Estuary Cycle Trail NCN2 (apart from the bridge at Cockwood that needs care). Bus stop near to the site for Exeter, Dawlish Warren and beyond. Nearby ferry from Starcross to Exmouth that runs daily.

We went with a family group including young children. The site is very large but well run. The facilities on site are extensive with indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants, entertainment, outdoor play areas etc. For kids it is great and with the poor weather the indoor pool was welcome (although extra charge). It is a lively site, not the place for a quiet break, but the main complex is away from most of the pitches. Around and about there are great beaches and plenty of other attractions.

Very large site set in a valley. All the amenities you could need , large swimming pool and entertainment complex nice views out over the site. Bit of a climb if sited on top of hill from clubhouse so check where you are sited if you visit the club house a lot. Ideally situated for Torbay , Exeter and surrounding countryside.

Quite a large well tended site with lots of facilities great for exploring the local area especially if you like a good country walk. We booked a superpitch and this came with water, drainage and tv point.

We stayed here overnight, didn't pre book at this time of year. Very friendly staff. Good facilities and very good food at reasonable prices. would stay again and recommend to friends. There is a bus that will take you into Dawlish for a reasonable price so easy reach of shops , bars and beach as the town is a bit cramped for parking anything bigger than a car.
