Pitches are very tight to manoeuvre into, but relatively level. Suggest a groundsheet is necessary as soil is very sandy. 10amp EHU needs a 2-pin adapter (warning: reverse polarity - need an adapter or screwdriver). Spacious and clean shower/toilet facilities (need own toilet roll).View all reviews by strinesian
Busy site and quite tight access to pitches due to trees.View all reviews by explorerdora
EHU uses 2 pin plug. Flat grassy pitches have become sandy.
Excellent shower and toilet blocks.
September- pool closed
Great campsite, need to arrive early in high season as they have a daily waiting list that ipens at 8am.View all reviews by chuffdaddy
Very close to a lovely beach, Orio town is beautiful and train to San Sebastian at 15 and 45 past the hour which takes 23mins.
Lots of walks/cycle rides in the area and is on the Camino Santiago.
Site is spotlessly clean, has a great pool (if a bit cold) and small but nice shop/bar.
Great site easy walk or bike ride into the town where you can take a bus or narrow gauge railway in san Sebastian or bilboa directions. Very clean facility's good size pitches and acsi card.View all reviews by Kevster
It is a very smart site. Very clean and friendly staff. Orio itself is nothing to write home about. Very handy for trains to San Sebastián and Bilbao and really cheap price. Good place for a base to explore.View all reviews by gpatchett
17 Euro for 2018. Very clean facilities, staff are excellent. Bar/restaurant on site w/mini market selling ice. The other half of the town 15-20 min walk full of bars and restaurants but close for siesta - it's a ghost town, really comes alive after about 5pm. 2 wonderful fresh fish shops with catch of the day. Wifi is really good too but you need to be at the top end of the site. Stayed here last year but wasn't a member of SFS then. Sandy shallow beach. Mountain views. Peaceful site.View all reviews by janeykins22
