Good size pitch, facilities spotless, wifi is free and I can stream amazon prime and netflix on my fire stick with no trouble.
Staff very friendly, and the restaurant is cheap and sells good food.
My pitch for the night was just over 13€ so very good considering what's here.
Beach just across the road.

Pitches very close together. Showers luke warm. Everything closed on site including Shop and bar. Wifi poor. very overpriced in my opinion. There was a free beachfront parking area just outside the site that looked nice, wish we had tried it. The town itself typical Spanish town with good fresh produce in the market.

We arrived end of November intending to stay a few days but decided the place was so friendly we stayed over christmas for 36 nights at a cost of 14.50 euros discounted after 30 days. Height barrier on entrance states 3.3m, we are 3.05m and had no problem at all so suspect the height limit is as stated. Reception staff very friendly and good english. Beach right actoss the road. Lidl, Aldi, Mecadonna all here. El Peurto de santa maria is a lovely town and only when you spend the time we fid you realise how nice it is. Plenty of tapas restaurants. Cadiz a short ferry ride which dogs are allowed if in a covered carrier.

Lovely looking site altho very busy and looks like lots of long stays. Sadly no pitch availabel so we stayed in the overflow grass area (car park ) . Good level pitch . Toilets and shower facilities were excellent . Easy bike ride into santa maria and or ferry to Cadiz . This site is well worth visiting

Arrived December without booking. Reception apologetic that they couldnt pitch us in the open section of the site which was full. Fine by us as the pine tree shaded area was very peaceful , almost empty.
Pool and shop closed low season.
Toilets and showers spotless. Saloon doors as previous reviewer has mentioned - only a problem if youre afraid people will look under i guess.
Cycle tracks all around. Good restaurants.
Day trip to Cadiz by nearby ferry, well worth a visit.
€18 incl ehu with ACSI

Well run site, excellent facilities and a great location. On site restaurant very good, nice beach opposite. 15min walk to ferry for Cadiz. Enjoy thetown of El Puerto itself, great tapas, restaurants and bars and a must is a tour of one of the sherry bodegas, we chose Gutierez Collosia and the tour and tasting was very very good. Great few days. €18 with Ehu, ACSI.

when you arrive here there is a height restriction, it says 3.3m however this is more like 3m. upon arrival our bikes struck the roof and came off our rack causing damage, my wife mentioned this to the staff and she wasn't interested all that she was interested in was us signing for the many rules! Upon check in you are read your rights and you must sign for it. there is no smiles or anything from the staff whatsoever. bar looks great with a €10 menu, easy walk to town and 25min walk to ferry terminal for Cadiz

A very nice site with all the normal facilities including a swimmimg pool but that was closed. Spotless and spacious toilets and showers but the latter was cold. Nice restaurant at the site entrance. There is a small supermarket too but it was closed on my visit.
6m MH travelling solo without hook up for two nights €27.54.
Hook up was at least €6 extra.
Handy to walk into Santa Maria-10 mins, ferry terminal-20mins and the beach 5-mins.
Very nice place with big spaces.

Huge campsite across the road from the beach. No chance of carrying a heavy beach chair from site to the waters edge however as site is so large you will be parked a long way from both the site entrance and beach. Toilets immaculate. Used own shower so can’t comment on site showers. Supermarket & pool closed. 18 euro per night inc EHU with ACSI. A good 25 minute level walk to ferry terminal and town centre. Very helpful staff.

Stayed for almost 2 months in our 11.4 meter RV. Site has a few large pitches for larger motorhomes and dog friendly. Clean facilities and nice restaurant. Site just over the road from a dog friendly beach and the town is a walk away with Mercadona just around the corner. You will find some great places to eat and Mesón del Asador, has some really tasty ribs, would recommend.

Excellent after a few days ‘wild camping’. Showers have space to hang up clothes etc without them getting wet! Reliable hot water. Washing machines and dryers are A1. Cant speak highly enough of El Puerto de S M. Lovely town restaurants and sights. Site itself rather close-packed for our tastes. Price comes down to about 16 euros per night with ASCI in February

A word of caution, on arriving at site, there is a 3.3m height restriction.
Check in was slow due to the 2 ladies having a long conversation with each other and ignoring the queuing customers.
We were shown to a pitch and had a choice between several.
Ablution block was fine. We only stayed for 1 night as the pool was closed, the wind was pretty fierce and the ferry had been cancelled and replaced with a bus.

Apprehensive after some of previous reviews but a great site with lovely welcoming staff. In a great location for beach over the road. Restaurant food excellent and good value. Large G&T only 3.50. Ferry 20-25 minutes walk and great way to get to Cadiz. Jerez easy by train. Good shop on site. Facilities very good but they should be at 25 euros per night (including 10A electricity supply). Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed here as we wanted to visit Cadiz. You can catch a ferry from the port. It was a great trip, Cadiz is well worth visiting. The facilities on site were good, clean toilets and showers and a lovely big pool. Beach just across the road is nice and the area is good for cycling too.

One of the best sites we have stayed at on this tour. Efficient friendly service at reception and in the restaurant. Great facilities and flat wide pitches. Handy for the ferry to Cádiz and El Puerto is a great place on its own merit.
Will certainly be returning here.

We checked in with a very unhelpful unwelcoming young lady who didn't offer any information about the site, it was like pulling teeth!! The site overall is ok with scruffy pitches, shower blocks were good and constantly cleaned. Nice bar and restaurant with friendly staff. Fabulous beach across the road. El Porto nice town must see whilst you are there ferry to Cadiz has to be done as Cadiz is excellent. Well worth a visit for surroundings

A good site a short distance from El Puerto de Santa Maria. Clean, modern facilities with a bar/restaurant beside the entrance. In October the outdoor pool was closed but I’m sure will be appealing in the summer! The adjacent sports field is noisy with whistles and shouting from 10am until 10pm. There’s a daily ferry to Cadiz.

Large site with easy access to the town, beach and ferry to Cadiz. Toilet blocks good, especially the newer one all which are cleaned regularly. Pitches good size although the ones in the trees looked smaller. Ferry to Cadiz is a must and you can take your bikes on for free if you are lucky enough to get one of the 6 allocated places. Having the bikes enabled us to see more of such a beautiful place. Wifi was an extra charge per device and had poor reception. Santa Maria is also worth a visit

As others have described the site but for anyone wanting to visit Cadiz on the ferry with a dog be warned. The ferry will not take dogs over 10kgs. The dogs are crated during the crossing. We had no choice but to drive to Cadiz as we have a 23kg Labrador pup.

This is a huge site, a stones throw from a lovely sandy beach, overlooking the bay to Cadiz. We had four nights here over Easter so it was busy, although their prices remained €17 pn. There are three main areas to this campsite; an open; shaded area in the pine trees and a very nicely done area for tents. Quite quirky the way it's laid out. There are two main blocks of facilities, although one was closed. The showers are clean and of good quality, although when busy, the water pressure was poor. I couldn't find the advertised washing machines either! There is a restaurant and small shop. The town is lovely, so don't miss out in the pursuit of Cadiz, with a very large Osbourne Sherry distillery, if that's your thing. The Catamaran to Cadiz is only 10 mins cycle, 30 mins walk and a journey of only half an hour, costing only €5.30 return pp. Do arrive early enough to get your tickets, as if you're unlucky enough not to have purchased the 3 mins before cut off point, you have to wait for the next boat. The promenade is good for a walk, cycle or run with the port and town to the left and a nice marina to the right. Well worth a stay here.

A pleasant site with a more open section for winter touring. Helpful staff, good facilities, bar, restaurant etc. A 20 min walk to the catamaran port for Cadiz, very reasonable €5.60 return and around the same to the town. The old town is well worth exploring, some sherry bodegas, bull ring castle, churches etc. Beaches outside campsite doors and easy cycling on dedicated path to town and further afield.
