Super aire with huge pitches and overlooking the river. Easy walk into the lovely town. Loads of shops and eateries. Great street market on a Sunday morning. Recommend. The services weren’t working when we stayed (hence the 1 star). We paid the jeton but the door wouldn’t unlock.View all reviews by WanderWebb
Great overnight stop, no marked pitches, we stayed for 20 hours cost 2 euros, didn't use services. Short walk along the river and into town. Also good view of weir and beach , plastic cow collection on other side of bridge. Intermarche very close. Small cafe bar near site, also National Costume museum close but we didn't visit.View all reviews by vbruce
What a lovely site. We didnt see it at its best as it was raining . We had a short walk over the bridge to the old town and then evening back over to see the light show. A very nice place and ridiculously cheap. €0.10 per hour , €2.40 for 24 hours - payable by card only at machine. Plenty of parking ( this time of year) Electric available with tokens .View all reviews by devondiva
Would love to return in better weather .
Great aire by the river. We arrived at 16:00 on a midweek August day and there were plenty of spaces available with lots of room between vans. We managed to get a space with electric. Jetons can be bought at the machine by the entrance by card. 2€ for 4 hours. Short walk to historic centre. From Jun to Sep there is a son et lumiere on about 6 of the buildings. Fantastic to see. Cost 1.80€ for our stay.View all reviews by Padsworth

Entry and payment was fine for me - very convenient and would stay again ! ????
Stayed here 3rd December 2018. Great place for a stop-over next to the river, nice and quiet with good dog walking. The entry machine seemed to have all nationalities baffled. Just remember it’s a touch screen, touch to start, choose your language and follow instructions. Would definitely stay here again.View all reviews by mobie15
Agree with other reviews 're location. We cycled into town and found the historical parts very interesting. Lots of places to eat. Don't miss The Grand Cafe. It is fabulous and is a listed historic site. Machine for tickets etc is a bit temperamental but 1.90 euros for a huge space for 18 and a half hours. The journey there is good too as its mainly non motorway.View all reviews by lizcallister
Stayed again, really full compared to February but the non-electric area had plenty of space, see pictures of both areasView all reviews by harvard
Lovely overnight stop, 2km from the town across a bridge, supermarket about a 1km. 10€cents per hour. Payment by credit card only, bizarrely my card payment accepted for the overnight fee but Not to purchase a Jeton for electricity, managed to pay a Frenchman and his card worked ok. Excellent winter stop.View all reviews by harvard
Nice spot, near river. More like a spacious campsite than an aire. Payment was €0.20 for first 2 hours and €0.10 per extra hour on top of that. So it cost us only €2 for afternoon, evening and night. Had to pay by bank card to open barrier.View all reviews by hawthorn
Services were outside the aire, charged separately and there was electricity in the aire to be had by the use of jetons.
A walk over the river bridge leads into a nice town with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants etc.
