Our longest stay ever in one place, in our motorhome.... 7 nights for October half term.View all reviews by 7ncj
Good value at this time of year. Great heated facilities and well thought out modern showers.
We took our kayak and SUP and having a private beach off the site was perfect.
Great walking along the coast path in both directions, straight from site.
Easy 15 minute walk on very quiet road into Otterton for bus, good pub and Otterton Mill (farm shop and cafe). Loads of attractions inc. jurassic coast close-by.
Great Sunday carvery available all day at site restaurant overlooking sea.... what more could you want?
In many ways this is almost a perfect site and one of the best we gave stayed at. Elevated pitches looking out over the bay. Great facilities, swimming pool, very clean toilets and showers. The latter have seperate changing space allowing you to keep your clothes dry. Restaurant, bar, entertainment,View all reviews by jimcampbell
Great location if you like walking.
However the site has, for me, one major drawback. It is getting on for a mile from the village of Otterton and the buses. That might not seem far but it involves a steep climb in both directions along narrow roads with no footpaths. They need to look at introducing a shuttle service if some form.
Stayed here 2 nights whilst walking the coast path. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good level gravel pitch (we were on Ridges) with grass also, good for our awning. Very clean modern facilities. Fantastic shop. We didnt use the pool etc, but other campers said it was great. Would visit again.View all reviews by Cathscamper

Stayed here for a long weekend, you need to get here before 18:30 or you are not permitted to pitch!View all reviews by ianeggleton
Fantastic views across the bay, great facilities on site including well stocked shop, excellent takeaway.
The site is on coastal paths to Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton, both present you with a steep hill climb but very enjoyable with some picturesque views
Would imagine the fairly tight access roads would get busy during peak months
One of my favourite sites - location, facilities, cleanliness, value and friendly staff. Been 3 times now in the off season and will be back.View all reviews by reevsie
Ideal location for coastal walks into Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton.
Very tight lanes to get to this site which I would imagine get very busy in the summer. A very large holiday village which included static caravans and apartments. Lots to do onsite with its own beach as well. There is an indoor swimming pool and lots of kids entertainment which was still happening the weekend we went in October.View all reviews by colabear
The hardstanding for the Motorhome is at the entrance to the village which is all uphill walking back from the bar/restaurant. The distant view of the sea from the hardstanding is over the whole resort. The showers and toilets are warm, clean and well maintained however the pitches are not the largest and even in October were quite busy.
There is a fantastic well stocked shop and a chippy.
The pitch price reflects the entertainment you get including bingo and acts which if you don't use makes it quite an expensive visit.
A lovely site with spectacular views. There is a lot of static vans on this site but camping is sited on a tiered hill. Although the views were spectacular, if you wanted to use public transport you had to walk to Otterton over a mile away. Other than that, we would return.View all reviews by zchrissie
