Good site for visiting Pula, many cycle routes from site. Tourist info. supplied us with maps, we ebiked down to the Kamenjak peninsular with it’s many secluded beaches( hard rocky or pebbles only) with little cafes dotted around the edges. Basic facilities with a shortage of showers in some blocks. Mid Sept no problem if choosing a mid price pitch.View all reviews by claudine
Probably the largest campsite we've seen, built on a hill with many uneven large grass shady pitches. Acsi available from 2nd week in September but not on the prime pitches. Old style 2 prong electric hookup adapter required. Decent Wi-fi & friendly reception. Noisy disco just off site on Fridays until 00:30. Site is a bit run down in places. Restaurant has average food & price. Rocky access to sea. Easy bus to ampitheatre.Would not return now that we've seen the ampitheatreView all reviews by weeksd
We were asked to chose our pitch before we checked in. The ACSI pitches were on the inside, whilst more expensive pitches faced the sea.View all reviews by paulholt57
The pitches were large, slightly uneven and some needed extra cable for the EHU. A 2 pin adaptor was required. Wifi was free, but intermittent.
Some toilet blocks were closed near the end of season. The showers were quite small, but plenty of pressure and warm water.
It was a 3.5 mile walk into Pula, the No1 bus ran fairly frequently and it was an easy cycle ride.
Small shop on site, bar/restaurant, but we didn’t dine here.
We also cycled around the coast to Pula Aquarium.
Overall, a good place to spend several days.
It's a huge hilly site where some pitches are tight, I wouldn't advise booking any pitches other than the Superior or Premium as these are on the outside of the campsite with sea views. The showers and toilets facilities are very dated but are cleaned daily. There is a bar and restaurant on site which serves food I can only comment on our meal which was excellent. The restaurant is good value too 4 beers and 2 large pizzas for less than £35.View all reviews by steve6768
The supermarket on site is good for the basics too.
This site is a bit scruffy on the off season. We were here after some rain, and it was a bit muddy too, we had to back out of the pitch. I searched for clean water but didn't want to use any of the taps near the grey water, so ended up parking beside the toilet facilities and hooked up to a tap there. ACSI prices.Probably wouldn't go there again, but convenient for visiting Pula (take the bus, no dogs) and Gina's close by has great food. Freshly grilled Sea Bass with rice and veg - delicious.View all reviews by breesus
Good location to see the Roman sights of Pula. ACSI site and limited to certain pitches which aren't the best. Due to thunderstorms chose highest section of pitches but still didn't drain well but this is a big site and pitch far from the only chemical waste point based near reception. Excellent wifi.View all reviews by ariaantje789
The site is situated on a small island, relatively basic but peaceful and quiet. A good location for visiting the shops of Pula or its ancient Roman AmpitheatreView all reviews by r77ngo
It's a very big campsite where you can choose any place to pitch. But there are many different areas and that determins the price you're gonna pay. It isn't cheap though. But generally I have possitive memories of this place. There is wifi in the reception and a bus stop just out the front of the site that can easily take you to the city center. Bathrooms ok.View all reviews by campingclubuk
The site is directly onto a shingle beach
