Perfect spot for this village and for exploring the Valley area. Toilet by entrance is awful. Service station next to them - behind hedge. Would only use to dump black. Daytime parking just before aire. Man collects €6 in the morning. Very quiet overnight.View all reviews by annie2018
Great location. We stayed to visit Font Du Gaume close by as are all the cave attractions around here. Lovely peaceful site at night. Supposed to come around to collect fee but we never saw anyone so drove off for free. We didnt use the services but a clean public loo on entrance.View all reviews by itjob
Spacious aire on riverbank of the Vezere and edge of Les Eyzies (trees prevent full view from parking, but welcome shade). Popular, but still space and shade in early August, with MHs putting out canopies and chsirs. Handy for visiting town, restaurants, museum and close for station for further afield. Toilets at site entry. Now €6 per night snd services €2View all reviews by fabfive

This is quite a popular site with the French and for obvious reasons.
The Aire is based on two roundabouts and a field. Oarking around the inner and outer circumfrences. We parked in the end field as we wanted some sun.
The Aire is ideal for those wanting to be by the river which is stunning
A 5 min walk into a gorgeous town, I highly recomend this place.
We stayed here on the off chance in Aug 2019, and would def stay again. Lovely location, right on the river and a 2 min stroll into the village, lots of restaurants and shops. Site is well laid out, offering screens between some pitches, and plenty of shaded spots. Toilet block could do with a facelift though, and services are easy to access, and 2euro for 90lts of fresh water.View all reviews by Sjd65
Good aire next to a nice town and market day Monday. We were there when the market had just started for the season (mid April).View all reviews by lara
We ate at a restaurant called Mentalo on the roundabout and the pizza was very good and staff very friendly.
Popular aire but plenty of space.
Lovely CL style aire and very convenient for village. Lots of shops and restaurants. Also museums and river. Someone calls to collect money....beware Monday is market day and entrances and exits may change but we'll sign posted.View all reviews by vbruce
popular aire in the village. Canoeing available nearby. Easy walk into town for restaurants, shops etc. Toilets at entrance. A man came around in the morning to collect the fee.View all reviews by cartyl
A favourite aire that we have used a lot over the years. Showing it's age a bit now and could do with some maintenance but good value at 5€. Fee collected in the evening.View all reviews by ralphss8
Wonderful aire in a very interesting area. Plenty of room in July 2016, went to TIO to pay and told someone will be round to collect, no one ever did! We stopped two night loads to do as aire is opposite Vezere river so loads of canoeing and kayaking available. Plenty of restaurants in town and amazing rock face in town with new museum which unfortunately we weren't able to enter as we had the dog with us. Lots of biking routes around too.View all reviews by tribby
