|Parking on sand/clay beside the ocean with fantastic beach. Many bars and restaurants which during the summer would be noisy with late night traffic. In winter months very quiet and peaceful. There are up to a dozen wild dogs roaming around. They are very gentle and there is hardly any barking and they tend to leave you alone, but some people might find it distressing or annoying. There is no fresh water or public toilet facilities. (As at 17 Dec 2015)|

Parking spaces are free unpopulated parking spaces near the beach restaurants and bars. Watch out for the night, the road is unstoppled full of holes and hips. The beaches are beautiful, the whole area is pretty. We were one night. It was empty. More wild dogs than usual. Boli sme jeView all reviews by MiMax
Stayed here as a stopover towards Lisbon. What a great place right on the beach. Lots of vans here aswell as longtime stayers. Unmade road to enter but take it slow and you will ok.View all reviews by grbirch
One of the best places we have stayed. Pot holed compact sand drive in but firm and almost level parking facing the sea. Some lighting and three other motorhomes with us in December. Bars were all closed by sunset. View through cab window wonderful, sound of breakers breaking, constant but so nice to drop iff to sleep by.View all reviews by javeasteve
One of the best wild spots we have been to. Miles of lovely beach, fairly quiet in early May, favoured by surfers and kite surfers, with a few swimmers. Very dog friendly, lots being walked on the beach with no issue.View all reviews by nerianne
Beach bar serves decent basic food, but not cheap.
No services, but good ones in Corroios, about 20 mins away.
Stayed here for 4 nights - originally just going to stay for one.View all reviews by macandsarah
There is a little grocers and a cafe/bakery at the far end of the village.
Last beach bar had a disco and very loud music on Saturday night till 0300hrs. Wouldn't stop us returning - love the place.
Some bars have showers.
No MH facilities (pity).
Wow, this place is simply amazing. Definitely worth a visit if you are in this part of the country, one of our favourite stops this trip.View all reviews by yowz
It can get very busy during the day, loads of room for motorhomes during the evening though when all the cars clear out.
There was loud music playing from the restraunt at the far end of the beach all night but the beauty of the place was worth it.
Shame there are no service facilities here or we would stay for longer.
