Fab spot virtually on the beach. Recycling facility at the entrance/exit of the site. Hard standing, plenty of space. They are in the process of building further spaces at the end just before the recycling area.
Small village with a couple of shops/restaurants. Menu of the day 11 euros incl 1/4 litre of wine, 3 courses from a local restaurant just around the corner of the site, (road back from the beach) 12 euros at wk/end.
Local shop owned by American couple do bits n bobs. Surfing is popular here however lifeguard only on duty 29/06 to 02/09. Toilet's open during the season.
Wonderful stop, definitely visit again.

Nice location. A small downmarket holiday village, that sort of grows on you. The aire is two extra streets added onto the village with camper van bays. If you get on the end towards the front then great sea views and open aspect. Small shop and bread and other vans come around. Goos Intermarche up the road in Lavos.

Great location with direct beach access. Beautiful long deserted beach. Easy drive over grey waste and wc dump with seperate water tap. A few stray cats around, scrounging food but not a problem, just dont leave your door open as they try to get in. We arrived at 17.45 mid week and plenty of space with about 20+ vans here. If we weren’t chasing the sun we would have stayed longer.

Amazing aire; came for a night and left after 4! Cant get a better location. Literally on the beaches doorstep which is great for surfing. All services free and theres a recycling point. If you dont have a toilet the toilets arent amazing, rather dirty, but they are functional. There are outdoor showers which are great when its warm. Theres a shop 1 min walk away selling beach supplies, the owner is american and so lovely! Within 5 minute walk theres a very small grocery shop and theres a few bars and restaurants, one offering takeaway. Bread van comes every day with amazing bread and cakes. Signs for 24h laundry, but didnt find it.

Very busy spot. Some vans look like they’ve been there a while. We stayed one night, lovley surfing beach. Quite town with a small shop/ cafe well sign posted along the top street. Lots of local dogs wandering about and one has a liking for shoes, so dont leave them outside. Quite at night, bread van visits about 9. Toilets were locked when we visited. There is no view with so many vans on one place.

Wonderfull stopover and its free, services are good 2 seperate taps. The beach is superb other than the plastic and other rubish washed up but all the Motorhomers bring things off the beach and bin it every day. There are bars cafes and shops in the village and the large town of Leiria with its big supermarkets is close enough to cycle too.

Great place for a few nights, stunning beach, a couple of bars/restaurants in the village, bread van comes round in the morning. Nice to see the motorhomes collecting rubbish off the beach and piling it in the corner for the council to collect. All services in good working order. Will use again.

Stopped overnight but we will be back. Cracking place next to the beach. Fishing village. Went to the bar and got chatting to the lady who owns the bar. The history of the village is fascinating. Saw a sign for self service laundry but did not see it. Cant wait to come back and explore some more.

Good Aire with services right next to the beach. Had a lovely meal at Perolo Oceano, the owner speaks English and was very welcoming. The village very quiet at this time of year.

Great spot right next to beach. Services all good and there were some people that had been there for more than a few days. Not much going on in the village this time of year. A couple of cafes a Resteraunt and a couple of shops. You can walk the Village sea front in 10 mins. Bread van at 9am. Didn't see the fish van.

Huge free aire on the edge of the village and next to the lovely sandy beach with walkways along the promenade. Free service point as well as outdoor showers, toilets and bins/recycling. Adjacent village has a few bars/cafes and a couple of shops. Few stray dogs, but not a massive problem. Stayed 2 nights.

A really well established aire. There are people who stay here for a long time, mostly German, French & Dutch motorhomes. That takes nothing away from it though. It's right next to the beach, ideal for the dog. Some shops local. Service area more than adequate. Pitches marked out and reasonably sized, certainly lengthways. Ideal location. Some noise at night from local dogs, but where in Portugal doesn't! :)

There is now a fully serviced site at the southern end of the village. Unfortunately we are not permitted to change the coordinates.
