Convenient for visiting Albufeira as bus stop outside the site thats probably the best it's got going for it. Workers and diggers on site just now. Plagued with mozzies at bottom of site as very damp. Only 13€ for us so if you have to pay to stop somewhere.. Won't be going again.View all reviews by sanjay
This is a very large site with several different areas to choose from. Most pitches have shade. €12.75 per night including electric. Lots of convenient shower/toilet blocks which are kept very clean. No shortage of water points or moho service points. Reasonably priced bar & restaurant though could have done without the karaoke late at night which the whole site could hear! Good pool area with several pools which were not overly busy in October. Bus from site into Albufeira or 20 minute walk.View all reviews by sallyr1964
This is a big site and whilst we were there the C&CC club had reserved a large number of pitches and were running rallies. On arriving we were invited to have a look around and decide if we wanted to stay before checking in. Pitches were large and well spaced with some tree cover. There are five toilet blocks and all were very clean with loads of hot water. We attended one event up at the restaurant, which was popular(over 200 attendees were fed a three course meal) with live music, not bad for 13€ each. Although there is a well stocked supermarket on site, 10 minutes away is a Pingo Dolce, excellent quality and prices. A twenty minute walk takes you into Albufeira with its multitude of bars, shops and restaurants. Although it is on the outskirts, we did not find this a problem, but if your mobility is limited a regular bus service leaves from the gate.View all reviews by princewood
Excellent site, toilets, showers, washing up facilities, free WiFi all A1, the pitches are a little bit dusty but what can you expect in this heat, the swimming pool is lovely and clean, the restaurant and bar are cheap and refreshing, if you don't like this site then you should not be a camper.View all reviews by loulou1
Very disorganised checking in, it must have taken about an hour. We went to the restaurant eventually got seated and we were left and after 20 mins or so we got up and left. Food in the other restaurant was of poor standard. Pizza place at the end made fresh pizza. Bar was busy and a good laugh. Pool area clean as are the showers. Large pitches dusty but thats the norm in this heat. Cost was €30 pn with a motorhome 2 adults and a child.View all reviews by campingclubuk
This site is beautiful - stayed for 3 nights and it's excellent value for this time of year - 12.55 euro's per night, 2 adults with motor home and no pets. Site is very clean and facilities are checked and cleaned all day long. Shop on site stocks all you can want, bars and restaurants, also has 3 pools! Wifi good all over site - just remember to log out when you go out or your free internet runs out - luckily they just gave us another free pass. Close walk to town and bus stops both ways right outside. You don't even have to go right into town as there are restaurants and a supermarket about 5 mins walk heading into town too. Would stay here again!View all reviews by janeykins22
A campsite built on a hill but with several level plots amongst trees. There is free hit and miss wifi. The toilets and showers are excellent with paper, seats and soap. Decent MH facilities. The on-site supermarket is reasonable and the on-site restaurant served good food, although the service was very slow. Safe cycling or walking gently downhill for a mile or 2 into Albufeira with dogs allowed off leash at times on the way. Strictly no dogs on the beach though, even at this time of year. The town itself was fairly quiet at this tiome of year.View all reviews by weeksd
Good site with unmarked pitches, only a 20 minute walk to the old town with lots of bars and restaurants.View all reviews by christinefurminger
Plenty hot water on site but shower blocks old and dated.
Nice bar and restaurant, large supermarket and a beauty salon.
All facilities, on site shop, restaurant good value, helpful staff. Lower section of the camp prone to flooding during periods of heavy rain. Albufeira old town within easy walking distance. Ample parking at Lidl and Aldi close by.View all reviews by bartoop
Nice site outside of Albufeira, older style facilities, pitches unmarked with good wifi.View all reviews by tobyjug
Here in Jan 2016 with Caravan & Camping Club Rally. Large site with all facilities. There is a bar and restaurant on site which are popular. It is an easy walk or cycle into Albufeira Old Town. There is a supermarket on site and Lidl and Aldi are only 10-15 minutes walk away.View all reviews by kevrowan
