Steep site with terraced pitches (most will need levelling blocks). 5 amp EHU. Toilet/shower blocks look dilapidated from outside but are spotless and spacious, with piping hot water. Expensive (32Euro off season) but the nearest to the Cathedral and old city (2.5km by foot, number 4 bus 1Euro) and so very busy.View all reviews by strinesian
Steep site but terraces for pitches. Unkempt feel to pitches. EHU 2 and 3 pin.View all reviews by explorerdora
Facilities immaculate and spacious.
2km downhill to the cathedral. Carrefour on doorstep is massive, but steep walk back to site. Food available at bar but not all day.
Site is very convenient for visiting the pilgrim destination of Santiago de Compostela and its cathedral which are an easy 30 minute walk. A bus is also available from the end of the road. Site fees reflect this convenience. Large shopping centre nearby with Carrefour supermarket. Site is on a steep hill and if you have a pitch on one of the top terraces it is a very steep walk to the shower blocks, reception, pool and restaurant. Site pool is very pleasant & clean as are the showers & toilets.View all reviews by sallyr1964
The position is good for visiting the city, 25 minute walk to the cathedral and old part. A 5 minute walk will get you to Carrefour which is within a massive in door shopping center. But and it’s a big but if you not very fit, the whole area is very hilly and very steep in places and the includes the camp site. Only suitable for the most enthusiastic wheelchair/pushers. The restaurant is good. Toilets/showers fairly good and clean. A key is needed for the disabled facilities. Pool shut end AprilView all reviews by whizzy
