Great free aire with an amazing view set in one of Spains most beautiful villages. When we visited the aire parking was being redeveloped for cars & coaches so mohos were signed to park on the large grass area adjacent. Unclear what parking would be available in future. Service point good & working. Map of village & walks available from tourist office. Brilliant tienda on Plaza de la Iglesia which sells most things you need & the most amazing fresh bread. Lovely food from El Toro on Plaza Major.

Lovely spot at the top of a steep hill with a beautiful stone town. Building an aire on the flat common. Selection of bars and restuarants.

An interesting place to explore and nice walks through the village and around the ramparts. A very pleasant surprise. Unfortunately on a Monday in March there was not much open. However the attractive tienda had good bread on Tuesday morning and one restaurant was serving. Helpful lady in the tourist office. Apparently a new area is being constructed but parking on the green was fine. Free WiFi on the site during office hours. An aire and village to be visited and supported. Thank you for providing a free aire in such an attractive place.

Beautiful little town that's being sympathetically restored throughout. Road up to it was absolutely fine with considerate driving. Saw some lovely looking bars, cafe's and restaurants but we were there Sunday afternoon and it was -1° so most places closed. Impressive fully serviced free car park with views, drinking water, grey and black waste points. Only there one night this time but will definitely visit again.

Just to confirm everything Sam Willis posted, great overnight spot, we bought some biscuits from the convent, just ring the bell inside the door.
We would add that the road isnt a problem. One observation re the service point, the two taps are very close together and not marked, so you must disinfect before using.

Very nice Aire. Lovely medieval town with 5 bars/restaurants and couple of artisan shops, museum and art gallery. Driving in uphill and the hairpins had 3nd thoughts but nice surprise when arrived at the Aire. Had nice meal in the Hotel restaurant, slightly expensive but free Aire so balances out and plan to stay 2 nights now. At 1200m and will be 4 degs tonight.

A free aire on the edge of historic old town near the roman arch, with fantastic views over the valley. Good clean service area with water, drive over drain and cassette emptying plus bins/recycling. Great views out across the countryside. Steep road up but worth it. There are two small general shops and several bars/restaurants in the old village. Nice spot stayed 2 days.

Reasonably level grass/gravel site with free services. Impressive village built on top of a hill including a Roman Archway. The views were spoilt somewhat by the surrounding industries. The pretty town was completely shut when we visited at the end of January but could be amazing later in the season. Surrounded by Processionary Caterpillar nests in the pines, it wasn't ideal for dogs although there was a green for some exercise. Would only visit again in the summer.

Lovely old stone village on hilltop with Roman artefacts. Tourist office just across from the parking. Numerous restaurants and a small grocery shop in the square BEHIND the church square. Service area clean and functional. Quiet at night but church bell rings at 7 in the morning!. Lovely walk around the old Roman wall. Cash machine available in the lower village. Stayed two nights. Would highly recommend.

Basic parking on grass with service point. Lovely old town. Be sure to buy some 'dulces' (cookies) from the nuns in the convent.

Plenty of grassy parking with open views. Bit windy but ok. Interesting mosaic, old walls and churches in town. Tourist Office was open but no English so not a great help. Good facilities - water and waste.

Good overnight stop. Very high with steep road and hairpin bend. The aire is not in the town but on the hill adjacent to the old town which has been restored and makes for an interesting walk,
