Great site. Close to city centre. Free electric. Water€0.50. Grey and chem disposal. Not cheap but close to beautiful Brugge. Due to Covid some spaces taped off to allow better spacing. Take a ticket as you enter from barrier but do not pay until you leave. Pay at bus office machine. Accepts cards. Longer spaces for bigger vans

The Campervan area was full so we parked in the coach part, BUT, make sure to go to the office(obvious building)where the very nice man will revalidate your ticket so as not to pay the coach price(50€)but the van price of 19€. Brilliant location for the beautiful town centre.
Basic servicing facilities which we didnt use and view in coach park unimportant as we were there for the town, not the camping spot!

Brilliant stop to visit Christmas Markets and walk around Bruges. The car park seems to be being extended. There is noise from trains at night. €19 for 24hrs this time of year includes electric.

stop over is being extended all the way to the back of the coach parking
the tap water supply is confusing to say the least on the tap the is a sign saying that they are not drinking water however the site map which is near the bins area says that these taps are drinking water crazy
there is also a tap in the coach park near the office which also says no drinking water however again on the site map this tap is a drinking water tap so its confusing as you can get .

A great spot with water, black and grey waste facilities. No loos though. Don’t arrive 4-6pm on a Saturday when tens of coaches are picking up, as its carnage. Trying to get in the mix to the MH section almost ended in an expensive mistake. This was Christmas market time and at 4 pm all the spaces had gone. The only solution was to enter the bus section €25 instead of €19. There were about 8 other of us parked at the far end in the gravel. That worked fine and the next day (Sunday) the MH Park was half empty so we nipped in there. It’s 5-10 mins lovely walk into the beautiful city. I would highly recommend this as a location to park.

Very handy, water and EHU in the price. It was full by 4pm. A carpark basically, not much space between bays but handy for an overnighter and about 10 min walk to the main market square, bars and restaurants etc. also about 1.5hrs from Calais. Quiet at night once all the coaches have left, the motorhome area is behind another barrier and surrounded by hedgerows for privacy. Pay when you leave, I presume if over 24hrs you'd have to pay for 2days. I'd use it again.

There is black waste, its opposite the entrance. But its a small hole. Grey and bins also available. No drinking water - dont use the tap by the elsan - others use it to clean the cassette! And it says not for drinking. Take ticket on entry, pay at machine by office in coach park begore exit, expensive at €25/24 hrs. Pitches tight but do’able in 7.5m. Perfect location for Brugges centre. But very noisy from 7am onwards with hundreds of coaches coming and going. Previous posts saying you must arrive early arent correct. Tickets are 24 hrs, so there are always people arriving and leaving up till just before dark, but you can park in coach part anyway!

Excellent location to visit Brugge, 15 minute walk to centre. Location is very noisy next to the bus station. Spaces are very close together and about 8m long. With my 6m motorhome had room behind van for a chair and table. Drive over waste is by the machine to pay.

Will just share this to update people. Stayed here August 2019. Packed to the rim so we used the coach car park just outside the site/opposite.
Great location to town but didnt use any services. Easy to use payment machine, take a ticket and pay by card or money at a machine at the bus depot (on site).
Even if wed have used the services i would say the price is too high. No toilets, washing facilities or showers and still €25 Euros for 24hr....hummmm!!? I have added a photo re pricing...

Busy site next to a bus/coach stop, the pitches are not very big for large motorhome but ok for our 6m campervan.
Great stopover to visit this beautiful city, only a 20 minute stroll into the main square.
We would use this again for a 24 hour stopover.

DONT GO THE FIRST WEEKEND IN JULY,
There is a music festival in the park on the otherside of the ring road, very load music till 1 am.
Also bus engines running in the bus park next door during the day, keeping their air con running.
Crambed in like sardines.
The only good point of this aire, is its a short walk to the city centre.
Wont come again !!!!

perfect spot for walking into Bruges. we stayed on the side with the coach park, separated by hedges. it was fine. the one across the road was closed.
some vans parked at the back of the coach park. particularly the monster ones.
it was expensive at 26euro. early may classed as high season. but worth it for location.
it did fill up by tea time.

The dedicated motorhome Aire was full so we parked up for the night in the coach park next door. At least 50 other motorhomes parked there over Easter weekend, I suspect a normal occurrence as no-one came around to turf us off. No EHU in this bit but water available and grey waste drop. We parked next to the hedge by the canal. Lovely spot, quiet and nice for a walk with the dog. €25 paid on exit which is expensive but, very close to the city and Bruges is a wonderful place to visit

Expensive yes but perfectly located for a walking tour of Bruges. The area is also on the Brugge Weg, a 7.6km walking, running, cycling route around the city. You are parked near to the drop off point for touring coaches, through the park and into the city. The parking is divided into two areas, in the first you are alongside the marina and the next at the back of the coach park. The marina pitches have electricity but very cramped, not even enough space for a step. The coach park area has no electric and noisier but has more space. Take a ticket from the machine at the entrance, payment via a machine outside the coach station office.

we stayed here 1 night very good stop
payment instructions very straight forward same prices 19 euro
bit pricey but brugges is a very short walk 10 mins through the numerous parks
DONT MISTAKE THE COACH BARRIER FOR THE MOTORHOME PARK as you will get a different priced ticket which will mean more money after using the motorhome stopover you pay at the coach station office payment machine and use the same exit as the coaches
you must see brugges its not too be missed

Stayed a night 2nd Dec. Only 1/2 full. Spaces are a bit tight but ok. Ehu included. Disposals were clean but fresh water tap used for rinsing cassettes too... Eughh!! Enter by collecting card at entrance but if lots of buses in yard it can be a little tight to get through barrier to camperpark... Just before leaving, put card in machine and pay up... Card returned and used to open exit barrier. Site abt 20min walk to centre.. Really convenient.

This is our second stay here, the first being 4 years ago. The prices are still the same and it's accessibility to the town centre makes it a good place to be. Given that it's an easy walk and you don't need to pay bus fares it's reasonable value. All services are available and the chemical waste area is clean and tidy. Any site is at the mercy of its campers.
The site is in two parts, with the larger part on the right. This is preferable to the smaller park on the left as the facilities are better. Bruges is lovely but very popular and so quite expensive. Given this, the Aire is well placed and worth staying in.
If you want to camp for free, check out the parking at Kolenkai, on SfS.

I've been using this site on and off for a few years now. Just a few things to point out. At time of visiting the second site - nearer the ring road - was closed off. The services there had been removed, and it looks like it has closed for good.

When I first came here the main site was a relatively sophisticated bourne, with a charge made for water. Over the years, this has gradually disappeared, so that now it is an open drain hole for sewerage, with a tap some four feet above it, listed as not for drinking. However, it is still the same source and the same water! My guess is that they cannot call it drinking water as the tap is too close to the drain, and used to flush out cassettes.

This place should have been closed down. It is a health risk.
Toilet and Grey waste get emptied down the same hole which is surrounded by toilet paper and seemingly nothing, and I mean nothing, is ever flushed away even though a non drinking water tap is there.
The only drive over drain is in the coach park and this is surrounded by faeces and toilet paper so I guess either coaches or motorhomes have been emptying their toilets here.
THERE IS NO DRINKING WATER. Both taps next to the waste/toilet emptying are marked non drinking. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Its a lovely location only a 20 min walk into Brugge centre but its disgusting and it stinks. I wont use it ever again.

Stayed in the bit by the coach park, as you drive up turn right and then right again as the coaches go straight on.
Park up and hook up, then your all sorted and ready . The spaces are just enough to open door etc. there is a water tap as soon as you go through where you also empty toilet waste.
It is €25 for 24hrs and there is no hourly rate, if you go over the 24hrs even by an 1hr or 2 you get charge €25, so be ware.Bit dearer sight, but worth it for the location, note there is no toilets on sight but use the public ones about 5min away and 50cents.
The town is under the bridge and about 5-10 mins walk ,beautiful town and plenty to see and do.

Excellent spot 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Relatively secure, with gated access, gets very busy but we arrived at 11pm and still a couple of spaces left. Price is for 24hrs, although you can pay just an hourly rate and it doesn't go to the full rate until you have been there 12 hours. EHU is within the price. Closest toilet is a 5 minute walk under the bridge by the coach drop-off point, but don't get there when the coach parties arrive!

So handy for the city centre-10 mins walk through the park!
We stayed in the part enclosed by hedging-only problem was overhanging tree branches- did provide shade but, in Autumn/ Winter must be a pain.
Services adequate & no CEP (had to go over the road & use the one used by coaches) despite people clearly having used the drain suited to grey waste water. Unpleasant smell & toilet paper visible (the photo of the plan/ layout however, shows it marked as a CEP)
Otherwise, a good stopover.

Very close to centre. 10 mn walk. Split in two by road. One side wider pitches side by coach park and river( hidden by hedge) narrower but still fine. Ehu inc in price. on entering just press large button to obtain ticket. Pay at machine by office before leaving. We stayed 2 days. Can pay by card or cash. Loo emptying hole in ground on both aires looks like grey water dump. Waste water dump near office on coach park sometimes coaches in the way if theyre being washed! My Advice dump waste water whilst paying at machine. Sign says water not for drinking but was told it was ok. Still alive! Think it may be due to taps proximity to loo emptying pont. Coach park used as overflow parking.

The main aire by the bus park is very cramped. We couldn't get in the last space as the motorhome next door had their step out. Not a big plastic step, the built in step. That's how close together you are. Would barely be able to open the door. For twenty five euros.
Park in the back of the bus park instead if you don't need Hookup.

Came for the Xmas market December 2017 and to just chill in this beautiful town. Worth a visit any time. Others have highlighted the differences in pitches across the 2 enclosures but either is great. You can get water, tip Elsan and get fresh water in either and also the coach park. Haven't worked out where there is a toilet though? Get here early or you may have to use the coach park which is the higher price all the time and no EHU. So convenient for the town - just a 10-15 minute walk in.

We stayed here mid dec. We decided to go to the side next to the coach park. Although smaller spaces it was further away from the fly over. We parked at the back pitch 30 very quiet. The water and waste disposal was on the site opposite. Not sure how we would have used this as it's ticket entrance. Toilet drop on our side was ok. It seemed that some confusion occurs regarding the toilet drop as it looked like some had emptied into a drain. Good to stay in brugges 19e a night inc ehu

Stayed in the north half. Trees can drip all night in damp weather, so choose your plot. Sign board indicates common grey/black waste drain for north side. Sign on water suggests it's not potable, but staff said it's ok & sign is there to discourage general use; personally, I would find the need to insert a 50cent coin discouraging enough unless I wanted water. Great stop for visiting Bruges, easy access to town, quiet enough at night.

Stayed here for 2 nights Oct 17, in the site attached to coach park. Spaces were neat but adequate. The pitches in the site across the road were larger but had a lot of overhanging trees.
The toilet disposal was next to our pitch & not clearly marked- just a hole in the ground. There is a tap low down for rinsing but I saw numerous people use the top tap to rinse their cassette so DO NOT drink from there.
Toilets 2min & 50c
Bruges 10min walk
Excellent location. Easy to find.
Highly recommend

Stayed on North side with decent sized plots under trees & close to flyover. At this time of year, some things fell from trees onto the roof, such as conkers. Flyover was quiet overnight but started to get busy fairly early on. Electric & services included in the 25 Euros. In future, we may stay at one of the other Aire's without services. Having said that, location was ideal for city which starts just 5 minutes walk away. Climbing the Belfrey is recommended; we didn't need to queue this year

There are two sites here, one either side of the road. The north side has generous sized pitches but no chemical toilet disposal therefore you have to carry it over to the south site.
The entrance barrier was confusing as it had credit card signs and a card slot. However you just need to press one button and a ticket is dispensed. To leave you must pay at the pay point across at the south site.
Nice leafy secure sites and only 10 mins walk to Brugge.

Parking in 2 sections, we were on the same side as bus depot/parking alongside the marina. Choose your spot carefully as the section for parking opposite the bus depot is close to the road and very noisy. It is in essence a parking lot - there are no level spaces. Electricity included along with chemical & waste disposal along with water it is not potable. No WIFI but always 4G on mobile. Easy walking distance from town. Expensive but convenient.

Water and dump were available in December. Go over to the weird building on the way out where you have to pay and use the coaches water and grey dump. black waste in the main part. The park nearer to the dual carriageway has larger spaces

Just spent 4 nights in Bruges over the New Year. Very busy and no space so lots of vans at the back of the main car park without electric hook up. Water was turned off due to the freezing temperatures, but the kind and friendly man in the office filled our bottles from his internal tap so we could keep the tea flowing! €19 isn't cheap (especially without hook up) but Bruges is so beautiful we keep coming back several times a year.

Ideal for Bruges, although not a place you'll want more than a night or two. Services all turned off in December. The road was not noisy at night, although started to get busy by 7.00am with the first of the coaches arriving at 7.30am. Still more than ok for a visit on foot to Brugges.

Fantastic site only 10 mins walk from centre of Bruges, on main road so possible road noise at busy periods. Off season was 19€ a night but included services and electricity. Highly recommended for a city break

Good location, easy to walk into town. Pitches small and some aren't easy to access for larger motorhomes. Payment is by machine on the far side of the adjacent carpark. But not cheap!

Great for town centre - easy walk. Looked at site opposite but not as nice although, a lot cheaper. Right beside marina. Some facilities at marina. Clean, well managed, safe stopover for night. River walk. Lovely town/city with nice restaurants and pleasant bars. Would use again on this route to Germany.

As others have mentioned not cheap, BUT worth it for location for getting into the city, next to the boats on the river (if you are lucky and not parked in the other section near the main road) and the park. Includes electric hook up. The services this time where free - went last year and you needed to pay for the services. They have replaced the standard unit with a water tap, grey waste drain and a drain to empty black waste.
Automated payment system very easy to use.
Video of approach to the aire can be seen here https://youtu.be/XrNQxzUxgB8

We stayed at the new aire opposite the marina. Expensive, €25 a night, but perfect for the town. Very spacious pitches EHU included. Only fresh water and waste water, elsan point is at the mariner aire as are the rubbish bins

We have been here 3 times in the past year and love it! It's wonderfully located for the city which is just 10 mins walk away through beautiful parks. Can get very busy and cramped, it's not cheap either at €25 peak time, but location, location, location wins us over every time!

Was surprised at the price, 22.50 but with a mobility scooter it is ideally placed for going to the old town. We already had a site booked so only spent the day here.
A right turn into the site with a 7m plus van isn't ideal - come in from the other way if you can and the barrier system needed me to take a card, not put mine in. A very helpful guy in the office gave advice over an intercom in English and took us through the paying process. All facilities are available but if you need water, expect to pay an additional 2 Euros! we used the smaller site with fewer vans and more space between each.

Expensive, but no better place to safely park if you want to visit Brugge. The old town is just 10min walk away. Since we last visited the layout has changed slightly. There is another site directly opposite that was formerly for daytime parking but is now a full service aire.
The one nearest the marina is the better option if you are overnighting as it is further away from the ring road. Not much space allowed between vans.
