Nice clean site great views good for sea fishing. It's a bit far from supermarket, good for overnight if you are catching ferry but you cannot get out for early ferry. Just mind potholes on the way into site some are big.

We've stayed at this site several times over the past few years and always enjoyed it. The access road is tortuous but there are places where an oncoming car can get past. Just take it steady.
The site is a few yards from the beach and a sea wall that goes on for miles! You can certainly walk to Samphire Hoe from here and probably to Dover - but we haven't tried that!
Excellent facilities on site.

Don't go here! The camp wardens are the worst we have ever come across. Very rude, especially to foreign visitors. The approach road is very, very steep and impossible if you meet someone coming up, which is likely as locals use the road for access to the beach. We thought it would be a good stop off before going on Le Tunnel.....wrong
