A great little site with direct access to the beach. Nice facilities. Small shop in reception. Could perhaps do with better signage on the approach . Good stopover for ferries and tunnel. I would like to return and stay a little longer than one night.View all reviews by ilikeboarding
We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. No local facilities like shops but its only a 20minute walk (unlevel ground) into Folkestone. Very friendly, helpful staff. Gorgeous views and nice walk through the Warren. We had to leave early and the site very kindly refunded some of our money. Road down isn't as bad as some have said although it is unsuitable for RV's and caravans, but that's part of its attraction and keeps it quieter. Small shop and cafe on site but, it is small take what you need.View all reviews by ashfordsue
We've stayed at this site several times over the past few years and always enjoyed it. The access road is tortuous but there are places where an oncoming car can get past. Just take it steady.View all reviews by billoreilly
The site is a few yards from the beach and a sea wall that goes on for miles! You can certainly walk to Samphire Hoe from here and probably to Dover - but we haven't tried that!
Excellent facilities on site.
Nice clean site great views good for sea fishing. It's a bit far from supermarket, good for overnight if you are catching ferry but you cannot get out for early ferry. Just mind potholes on the way into site some are big.View all reviews by janfred
A well kept site in a nice location but a bit pricey. The approach road is very steep.View all reviews by dotdot
Don't go here! The camp wardens are the worst we have ever come across. Very rude, especially to foreign visitors. The approach road is very, very steep and impossible if you meet someone coming up, which is likely as locals use the road for access to the beach. We thought it would be a good stop off before going on Le Tunnel.....wrongView all reviews by redjumpa
