The grass pitches next to a largish fishing pond are attractive enough.
Minus:
Electric points wrong side of the main track.
Crude unfinished facilities.
Entry/exit a nightmare, involving an electronic gate controlled from the office. If no one there you'll be stuck waiting by the intercom for ages (my case 45 minutes in baking heatwave).
Whole 'farm' area unkempt, rough and untidy. Mainly a caravan storage business.
