Berberis House CL is located on a seven acre site that has been laid out with footpaths and planted to attract very many different species of wild life, including our resident barn owls.
Our nearby village of Sutton St James is an easy walk and supports a convenience store, a butchers’, a village pub, a garage with filling station and a gun shop. The pub also serves excellent food.
We are convenient for the Wash and only a 40 minute drive from Sandringham and the popular Norfolk coastline
