Nice site in superb location to visit the 'top of the Ile de Re' and it's glorious Beaches. Also it's a short bike ride to Ars-en-Re market, which is a must. The site is friendly and has reasonable facilities though some of the pitches are sandy and uneven - best to walk the site and pick a pitch as their allocation system didn't work for us. There is a lovely walk around the headland past the lighthouse which has wonderful sunsets and plenty of bars/restaurants here too. Superb cycling as most of Re and the north east end of the main beach is quiet and superb (Plage du Lizay). We had a bit of a hot water issue in our toilet block too. The site is on the expensive side but so are most things on this beautiful island. Les Portes en Re and it's beaches are also worth cycling out to
