We had a couple of nights here, so we could cycle on the Tarka Trail. The owner is very nice, lovely setting with nice shorth grass in the field we pitched in, which must be supplementary to the CL.View all reviews by paulholt57
Great views over the estuary and surrounding countryside.
Its just overt 1 mile to cycle down a steep hill in Fremington in order to pick up the cycling trail.
We enjoyed a drink at The Fox and also arranged for a Chinese Takeaway to be delivered from Han Court.
A most enjoyable stay

Lovely long weekend at Collacot - in fact our first in our Motorhome having picked it up the week before. Lovely host and three alpacas for company. Close to Tarka trail with good cycling from Braunton to Yarde (off road) but it is quite a steep hill back to farm - never managed to cycle it all the way but got better at it. Views over the Taw were stunning. EHU, toilet and toilet disposal facilities available.View all reviews by charliemh
