12€ a night with services. 2-3 minute walk to beach, out the way so good for us with dog in high season. Not sure of other suroundings, all other aires were full so stopped here. As said before €16 to get on island so plan ahead, was very busy today, 2nd attempt to get out here as big que on road Sunday so stopped in La Rocelle instead. Ehu included with lots of points. All the grass is dead also so doesnt look very appealing when you pull up.View all reviews by hondategtyper
A good site close to village. Pizza shop, small supermarket, bar and boulangerie in village - 5 min walk. Short walk to pebble beach that allows dogs. Felt safe. Services were free. People not staying came in to use WC disposal which felt against spirit of an aire.View all reviews by markjjones
This is a good aire, €12=24 hours, €20=48 hours including ehu, water & dumps. The village is a short walk/cycle ride away with a good Sunday market, bakers & grocery shop a couple of bars & restaurants as well.View all reviews by carpetbagger
The nearby beach is ok but possible pnly swimmerable at high tide (as most of the island beaches are).
A trip to the lighthouse area and beach is worthwhile with good restaurants, gift shops and beach. Hopefully if you get there before any storms you will see all the fabulouse cairns that have been built on the beach!
Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights in our medium campervan, which cost us 20€ (10 per night) which wasnt to bad considering its on an island. However it did cost us 16€ to come onto the island. The facilities were basic but it had the essential so wasnt an issue. Its also located in a nice town and is within a walking distance of a lovely lighthouse and an amazing beach which had a stunning sunset. The immediate beach in which it backs onto was pretty much unswimmable due to it be extremely rocky however it is also nice for a walk. All in all it was a pretty good place to stop off upon an island that is truly beautiful.View all reviews by millyharry
Nice spot close to a beach and within walking distance of the small town with all the usual shops etc. €20 a night with electricity and water. No toilets or showers but public toilets in town. €16 toll to cross the bridge to the island. Great area for cycling, absolutely flat and some lovely little towns and beaches on the island.View all reviews by margaretwhelan
Nice spot next to beach, long walks with dog possible. Small village nearby with all the shops. Emptying facilities, but no electric available when we were here in November 2014. Located just over the bridge from the mainland. Only cost about 7 euros in November.View all reviews by samwillis17
