Same as other reviews showers available as people next to us used them .new barriers installed . and new electric points .and more pitches available. I have put some new pictures on lovely place for cycling

Nice level pitches with ehu. Barrier entry system, on your first stay u get a personal access card which is yours for life and rechargable. You can look at other sites they have on line as the free WiFi is an added bonus. Stayed a couple of nights. No toilet or shower facilities available but that might have been because of the time of year. Very popular with 8/9 on site even on 1st week of February. Some very good walks and cycle paths. Small village with bread shop and cafe. Intermarche within walking distance with reasonably priced petrol and laundry facilities. Would stay here again.

Great little site. €8 per night including electricity, water etc and use of toilet and shower at nearby port building. Could even access free WiFi. Soubise itself is a small town with usual services and a large supermarket on the outskirts. Great cycling on flat routes around the area.

Great site free wifi now available site changed some since 2014 and last review. 8 euro pay at pay and display meter wifi free water ,grey ,electric,chemical all in price have added some new pictures.

Site very near the river although tall vegetation hides the river itself. Parking, water, EHU and waste facilities all for 7 Euros per night. Additionally showers and toilet, including a disabled facility, available at the marina building.
I have limited French, but a sign appeared to suggest that the area might flood in certain wind and tidal combinations. I don't know if the site is closed if this is anticipated or if you have to use your own judgment.

It was fine while we were there, including during a thunderstorm. We returned for a second night.
