This still plats is very busy we arrived at lunchtime and the motorhome parking spaces where are already full. We couldn’t gain access at the barrier so I had to ask the help they checked and found space so we were able to enter. We parked in the main car park Over two places as others had done there was plenty of space. Against a short walk over the bridge into the city. The tourist information is by the cathedral where you can gain information map on the following the romantic Road.

Lovely town plenty to say and shop if you want

Payment was €12 for a night and one euro for water. There is a machine at the back Which will take a card or cash. Borne is as you drive out

As described. Riverside pitches offering a view and some shade for vans up to 7m otherwise a bit tight. Plenty of other space on open car park. A long cable to access an EHU is advisable. Toilet was clean, short walk near entrance. Easy payment system (€10 for 24hrs, normally €12) and grey water and water available near exit. A short walk/cycle north, pleasant park also with a clean free toilet near the sports facilities. (2km).
Easy walk to town via riverside and Alte Mainbrucke bridge into heart of old town. Be advised, construction taking place nearby - setting up for a festival soon...?

Good overnight stopover within 10 Min walk into the city, I found it a little noisy at times but overall a great stop. The parking is a long line of riverside pitches with EHU and all services are available near to the exit.

Arrived at 3 but there were no spaces. They seem to have cut half of the spaces of and doing lots of work. We managed to get in at nearby campsite.

Ideal location for visiting the city. Attractive parking overlooking the river for approximately 20 motorhomes (with EHU on coin meter). Further Motorhomes parked on general parking spaces behind and moved forward to riverside when space became available. No sooner than I was winding our EHU cable someone was there waiting for the space! Nice park nearby and attractive riverside walk into city. Toilets were NOT clean and it was a bit noisy late at night with revellers (it was a Friday though).

Lovely position by the river, short walk to the town with good facilities and interesting sights. Public loos clean and open at top of car park. Can pay by card, contactless even, which is not always the case in Germany. Recommended.

Agree with all that has been said. 12 euros per day plus you pay for your own water and ehu. Would suggest that you walk along the river bank and enter the city by the old bridge. Very scenic and a very enjoysble city. The Prince Bishops Palace, known as the Residence, is a UNESCO listed site and well worth visiting. Dogs not permitted in the palace but welcome in the extensive gardens.

Great stop only a short walk along the river into a beautiful town. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes. Great atmosphere in the town.
We paid €12 and stayed overnight. Had a really good meal in the German restaurant opposite the car park. We would have stayed another night if we had time.

Excellent stopover close to the city centre. Take a ticket at the barrier and pay for it at the machine when you leave. 12€ for 24 hours gets you a space anywhere on the huge car park. There must have been 50 motorhomes parked around us so felt very secure. There are dedicated motorhome bays with EHU closest to the river, but they don't comfortably accommodate anything over 5.99 metres. Waste and chemical disposal, as well as fresh water, available. Public toilets just outside the car park are clean and scrubbed out each morning. An easy walk over the bridge into the city centre takes less than 10 minutes.

Large mixed parking with allocated motorhome parking along river. Euro 12 for 24 hours. No services. Toilet close to car park entrance. Short walk to Alte Mainbrucke 15 century bridge over river Main. Lots to see in the town. We enjoyed the many churches as they had very different interiors..

A large MH parking area alongside the river with a bridge nearby across to the busy town centre with loads of shops, bars, cafes etc. Many historical building in the town. We only visited for a few hours during the day but the cost is the same if you stay overnight. A great bustling town would have stayed overnight but needed to move on.

Large car park on the opposite side of the river to the town where overnighting is allowed. Parking with views directly over river watching the enormous cruise barges passing by.
Safe and quiet at night. 5 min walk into town across the old bridge which is reminicent of Charles Bridge in Prague. Wurzburg is the northern starting point of the Romantiche Strasse
