Good site overlooking river. mostly on grass but seems quite firm. there are a few hard standing spots at the entrance if weather bad.
very quiet. man still collects fees 8 plus 2 for electricity.
there is a little cafe on site, we planned to pickup some food second day but it was shut.
"weather cold, kitchen cold" loved that.
little general store in town was good for bread meat etc.
town was pretty dead when we were there but it is nice.

Stayed here on good Friday and was very busy. Lots of extra large campers towing cars however not noisy or unfriendly.

Pitches at the start of parking area maybe a bit muddy after rain. We were fortunate to be here at end of dry summer. All electric boxes are along the river side.
Great place to watch the boats directly from van on Mosel.
A little tractor and covered wagon do panoramic trips of the area. Boats also stop nearby for trips up and down river. Lots of places to sample and buy local wine.
Very peaceful at the end of October.

Grass pitches most appear to have electric you will probably need a long lead although our 25m just reached
water as stated in earlier reviews
lovely view of river and vinyard
couldn't manage to get a satellite signal but we were under a tree for shade
pleasant quiet (although busy) site
ice cream van comes around the site mid afternoon
will return
haven't been up into village yet will be amending my review later

Good site with unmarked grass pitches along the river bank plus a hard standing area. Peaceful with good views of the vineyards on opposite bank. Small town with a couple of bar/ restaurants, a bakery/general shop and some interesting old buildings.

Great spot along the river - it was a lovely weekend and although busy, there was lots of space and very quiet. Basic toilet facilities but good water/waste

Great spot by the river . Get there early if you want hookup . On a busy bank holiday weekend it was full but still surprisingly quiet and civilised .
