Access is via controlled barrier. Code is available from reception in the 'Centre International de Sejour' which is accessed by a path that goes out the back of the services area by the barrier, round right and into a building with Welcome in lots of languages round the roof.
Very convenient for Reims centre, within 15 minutes walk of the Cathedral.

As others have said this is a tight aire to manoeuvre in with narrow bays and little in the way of turning circle at the end (the road is a dead end) the bourne and waste areas are very clean and water (which is working in December) is free.View all reviews by purpledragon
Having said that it is exellent for visiting Reims which is just over the bridge 5 min walk.
The Aire is a tight space, and big vans will have problems. But it is well worth it, Riems is a jaw droppingly beautiful city and this is the only place to park. It is nearly level and while not secure, is quiet, secluded and well lit. The city is only 5mins brisk walk away over the bridge, or there is a tram and bus stop 2mins away. Reception are good at keeping count of how many vans are in and if there is space. The services are free and in good condition. No wonder it is very popularView all reviews by vanessavan
Visited on 3rd Oct 2017 Co ordinates not quite right, after turning off Ave General De Gaulle turn right and the barrier is immediately in front, easiest to just ring the reception ask in English for code, as you drive through, service area on left if you need water do it now, before following round to parking spot.View all reviews by rayk
We've a 7mtr coachbuilt and it was certainly tight to park and only room for 8 units
It's well lit, and for us felt safe
If you like architecture the cathedral is magnificent
Aire very convenient ,Reims centre 10mins walk . Space for 12 MoHo but not suitable for over 8 m due to tight access and turning . Parking behind rundown building , looked dodgy at first but safe in the end . Access via barrier , phone Centre International de Sejour'.for entry ode. Water and waste disposal, but didn't see toilets or any other services. Would def recommend if visiting Reims . Reims itself is lovely , lots of historic buildings, wide roads and reasonably priced restaurants/bars .View all reviews by duggyr
Very nice stop, aire a little tight for space but we have stayed in tighter, the barrier was working in June 17 when we visited but it was easy to get the code from reception. Lovely walk into town, very easy to get to.View all reviews by kathy6323
As said before very small area not much room to reverse etc,but only three vans on site in October ,still need a ode to get into site via a barrier easy walk into reims winos on site but they were no trouble may have been luckyView all reviews by briannie123
Good location for visiting City, difficult to find even with GPS, look for Le Comedie entrance is close. We found winos on site and overnight disturbance and mirror glass broken during night. Tight for 7.8 metres. Good free parking for daytime and get the tram into town or walk. We wouldn't stay overnight again and we're not easily scared.View all reviews by arthur
Access barrier was not in use when visited early May 2016 they seem to have removed barrier. Get there early in the day as it get crowded and not many places free. Within walking distance 10 minutes to centre and Reims Cathederal. Services on your left as you enter the access road to the Aires, best to service before parking as it a good distance away from the Aires.View all reviews by brianmagill
Ideal for a day vist to Reims or overnighting if desperate, but would recommend many of the France Passion locations in the surrounding villages. May be tight access for anything over 7.5m. Close to motorway but doesn’t seem excessively noisy. You need to get the access code from the building on the left. Code when we visited was 4119A.View all reviews by admin
15 minute walk to Cathedral/Town centre (exit at the back of the parking area and across the bridge rather than alomg the entrance drive)
Visit to the Taittinger champagne cellars recommended (English guide and no advance booking required)
