Called into the Moorings on speck asking if we could park our midsize motor home in the car park for the night, the Landlord Bubs could not have been more helpfull, he directed us to the overflow car park which was level with campacted stone.
The pub is very clean and moderen just having completed a refurb, food was great, curry house and another pub just accross the road which we didnt use.
Loads of walks down the river in either direction or along the nearby canal. Located on the edge of village with everything you need just a stroll away.
We will definitely go again.
Only downside was the noise from a nearby railway overnight but overall well worth a stop over.
