Happy for MH to stop over if its just one night.
He would be greatfull if you popped in and made use of the services the pub has to offer
Next to a busy road soninwiuld try to park down the back.
More restarant food then pub and not cheap, but that said very good quality.
Arrived here for a Monday night stay. At the time of writing, they weren't serving food on a Monday and Tuesday evening. Usually I like to eat in a pub where I stay even if they don't insist on it. Landlord was very apologetic and I had a drink instead. He also offered me water for the van. Location is very quiet after around midnight when the traffic noise from the main road has died down. Slept well. The pub itself is gorgeous and worth a visit.View all reviews by mrswottinger

Good quiet overnight stop. Recently taken over by new owners providing small range of well cooked meals at reasonable prices. Parking in car park with no facilities. Very helpful owners.View all reviews by dolly224
