A great overnight stay in a remote, peaceful part of Norfolk. Very small but friendly pub with a decent, value for money menu on offer. Staff were welcoming and informative about the area with directions to get to the beach and the Norfolk Coastal Path. Horsey Windpump is close by and other small seaside villages are a short drive away. I did not need to pay for my stay as I ate in the pub. The landlord was very quick in replying to my email and informed me of his other site which I hope to visit sometime in the future. The facilities were as expected. The information given about the facilities was accurate so I have given 10 stars.View all reviews by WanderingRoo

Nice local ale..
Car park is nice ans flat
tired, isolated, country pub desperately in need of modernisation & a lick of paint. Tiny CP so RV's stay away. Pro's- good selection of real ale and 15 real ciders!! Cons- Chefs that didn't make the grade @ weatherspoons must work here. The reasonably priced food was awfull!! Drink here, eat in your van. And none of the staff seemed to care what you thought anyway.View all reviews by izzy
One of my favourite pub stopovers. Great food and beer. Very friendly staff. Great walk to Horsey Sands where we saw 6 seals.View all reviews by martensite
Lovely pub for beer and ciders in particular. Friendly staff. Lovely food. Dogs welcome and good walks from the car park. Enjoyed our meal - extensive menu and specials. Best to book for food on a Saturday night unless you want to eat outside.View all reviews by frankieandrich
