Arrived here on the 1st Jan 2019 to some very unfriendly signs. No overnight parking for motorhomes signs put up all around the parking area. I will try to attach the photos. There is a campsite a few hundred yards further down the road that is lake side and looks good with nice reviews but is closed in winter. I have given low ratings to reflect this. The veiwing point is worth a visit though it is spectacular you jist cant stay overnight.

Hi wanted to stay here last night but all over the car park were signs saying £50 fine for staying here over night. Asked in the cafe if anywhere else went down rd to forestry commission to stay as he said the Marshall’s did check up there, as they did in Queens view... August 27th 2018

Stayed overnight, arrived after the visitor centre shut and left before it opened so we weren't able to sample the coffee. Can't really rate the facilities as we didn't use them, but if we had stayed a bot longer the Visitor Centre would have been open. Very twisty road on the way in, but it didn't seem so bad on the way back. Lovely view- all to ourselves. Happy to pay £2.00 for the privilege of parking here.

Stayed here en route to Aviemore. It's a little way off the A9, and the roads are a little windey, but was worth it to wake up to the beautiful views. Also the cafe serves coffee and breakfast.
