We spent a night here in March. The hosts Jackie and Dave were very helpful and friendly.View all reviews by impi
We paid €5 pn as we wanted EHU ( it was a cold weekend) There is a hose to fill up your tanks with. Enjoyed a very nice meal and a few pints that evening and were even offered a full English breakfast the following morning. Will visit again.
Great stop over, tea room, bar & large restaurant, water available & EHU for 3 units @£5 & a huge bin. Close to seal sanctuary & Maplethorpe, emailed to make sure we could stay, owner answered immediately. This Pub is so worth a visit, as others mention, its a bit out of the way, but amazing food, lovely friendly people and totally flat car park, the first time we had no use for the ramps!View all reviews by lightcatcher
Flat tarmac pub car park in a quiet location. Very welcoming family run place which is dog friendly. The real ale is very well turned out, and the sunday lunch although not cheap at 13 to 15 pounds was fully home made and the best we've had for years! We won't hesitate to go back even if it's a bit out of our way. Definitely worth a few extra miles.View all reviews by bigtallgeezer
They don't get much better than this. Found by accident 3 years ago & vowed to be back. We were intending to stay for one night, stayed 3. We were given free use of the showers & toilet in one of the holiday lets. The breakfast has to be seen to be believed & frature, forgive my spelling, bread sandwich is a work of art. The landlord & his wife make you feel so welcome you will not want to leave. Ideal for walking, peace & quiet etc..View all reviews by picket
