We are situated on the Atlantic Drive Downings described as one of Ireland’s most scenic and beautiful coast drives with miles of natural beauty. Atlantic Drive starts and ends with breath-taking scenery and picturesque beaches. There is absolutely something for everyone from hill-walking, surfing, diving, and golfing or just relaxing and no better place to do so than the Síbín Ceoil. Ideally situated along the Atlantic Drive with stone building and traditional thatched roof and red door. The Singing Pub looks like a traditional Irish cottage bursting with character and charm, offering visitors an old world experience with glowing open turf fires. The Singing Pub has a wide open floor for groups or families but also quiet corners for the a more romantic and cosy experience. The pub also has a large lounge area with TV’s showing all major games and a pool table for your enjoyment. The Síbín Ceoil experience is always one to remember – whether it be to come for a quiet drink and a chat or a sing-along with the local traditional bands and a bite to eat.

Nice quiet night spoiled by a dog close by barking all night ... fresh water, toilet disposal point free. Electric hook up €5 if you want it.
Had a lovely steak on a slab, warm welcome and nice atmosphere.
5 mins drive to The Downings where the beach is gorgeous.

Stopped for a pint, 9 euros for 2. Waited for it to open at 12, Food being served from 1 oclock. Lovely traditional, quaint pub in beautiful surroundings. Stopovers allowed, already 2 campervans there. But we decided to move on.

An old traditional Irish pub - very popular with local families. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food (especially fish and seafood) was excellent. Great atmosphere, and there was also live music from 9pm on the night we stayed.

Parked in the (slightly sloping) carpark behind the pub - you need to drive through an automatic barrier to the left as you approach the building (it’s only there to slow cars down as they pass the children’s play area). Electric hookup wasn’t accessible because the car park was very busy - but if we had really wanted it, we are sure they would have made arrangements.

Great place to stay - free of charge, and definitely recommended.
