|Ocknell is a staple campsite for all those wishing to enjoy the New Forest from under canvas. A beautiful campsite brimming with character, history and charm.|
Our glorious Ocknell campsite combines tranquil spots set amongst the trees and ferns with spacious, open pitches, all bounded by the forest's trees.
Paths take off in all directions, weaving through the site and in and out of the trees, creating an almost secret garden-like feel to the site.
The site is perfect for children to play and explore, or as a base for taking off into the forest, while the views provided at any one spot are incredible and instantly warm the soul. Ocknell is the restful place you’ve been seeking.

A superb find, after a stressful journey from Lizard.View all reviews by bezza5
Toilets and washing facilities brilliant. No showers or ehu.
Plenty of H2o throughout the site.
Fantastic views and great walking as its right in the middle of New Forest.
Will return and recommend.
Secluded camping places on old airfield site right up to the forest edge, and great for dog walking, bird watching and relaxing. Some noise from nearby road audible in places is the only negative, otherwise a quiet and peaceful site.View all reviews by rover
