We park here overnight quite often for events on Southsea Common. It is absolutely ideal. We always park up at the Eastern (Eastney) end, there is a lot less traffic, especially over night. We walk down to the common. No services, but up where we park there is the Coffee Cup café which is open from early to 9pm every day. There are also public toilets across the road which are open during the day. £12 for 24 hours or free from 6pm to 8 am. Good value for the location, on Southsea Beach.View all reviews by arzedby
I parked up here for Victorious festival. If you get there by 9.30 still quite a few spaces and it's used by day trippers. At night I didn't find it easy to sleep as it's a busy road and the cars going past made the van rock. Nice enough if you want to spend the day by the beach and be right there. It's £12 for 24 hours. Quite a few other people parked up in vans. Some places nearer the festival probably less passing traffic if you can get in.View all reviews by hippichickuk
OK as an emergency stopover but next to road so will hardly be quiet. £12View all reviews by cottrill
I visited this location today, but have parked in a backstreet rather than pay the £12 all day parking which now applies all year round unfortunately.View all reviews by lordturnpike
