What a gem especially if you have a dog. Hotel, restaurant and bar dog friendly and an amazing walk opposite possible to wak for miles on the old railway track, rails all removed. Lovely food reasonably priced. Phoned the day before and had a lovely space in the spacious car park. 6 miles outside Bournemouth. Also had a tap in the car park and ipens at 8am. On the edge of the new forest. Will definitely return.View all reviews by clm2304

Quiet with only a faint hum of the nearest road. Good food and beer, pub toilets open at 8am
No issues with my van which is 7.8m
Lovely stopover - very quiet with huge car park. Good links to Bournemouth and Ringwood. Great pub food and friendly staff. Quirky with the Pullman Carriage in the car park.View all reviews by rio37

Nice big family and dog friendly pub just off the dual carriageway a couple miles from Bournemouth/Christchurch. No charge for stopover if using pub but please Phone ahead. Small rear garden and kids area. Ave food price £10-12. Nice quality food. Part of Wandsworth. Nice walk across the road to St Catherine’s Hill/ChristchurchView all reviews by annareeves0
A great stopover. A big carpark and impressive sized building on what is a disused railway station. The car park is big and open but overnight parking is behind a disused railway carriage which separates a "quiet" area from the main car park. There is some road noise but not wholly intrusive. The pub/hotel has an excellent dinner menu and a wide range of beers and wines.View all reviews by onlyjen
